Fantastische fiets. Hij rijd heerlijk en ondersteund goed. Kan flinke stukken rijden en hij is zo weer opgeladen.

Meerdere kinderen vervoeren is ook erg handig. Met playdates.

Our kids love the new bike, and how easy it is to get in and out! They love adjusting the rain cover themselves. We're happy that they both fit in as well as their backpacks and our shopping. The bike is light andeasy to maneuvre. It's made our routines a lot easier and more fun!

Het schakelen gaat perfect, gebruik mijn telefoon als extra scherm.
Echt een prachtige fiets die ook geweldig fietst.

Geen kinderen om in het bakje te proppen, maar gewoon voor mijn eigen gemak.

Excellent product. Worth every euro! The family loves it and trips to school and the park are now only made with urban arrow. Highly recommended. It might take some time to get used to the driving a longer bicycle

The bike rides really smooth its mobile especially in a crowded city. The kids love it and prefer the bike over the car anytime. Using the kickstand asks a bit of experience and feels quitte uncomfortable, but its steady and thats the most important part. Overall the urban arrow beyond expectations.

My question via the contact form was answered quickly. The answer was not complete from the start, but after calling the support line, I was helped immediately. Great support & very helpful.

The biggest compliment for our Urban Arrow comes from our almost 3-year-old. Whenever we leave the house, she doesn’t ask where we’re going — she asks: “Are we taking the cargo bike?” 😂

And honestly, we get it. Groceries, the playground, a trip into town or even a day at the beach: since getting our Urban Arrow, even the most ordinary ride feels like a little adventure. The car stays parked surprisingly often.

Soon, her little brother will be joining her in the box, and I have a feeling we’ll love our Urban Arrow even more then. Two kids, bags, snacks and half the house that somehow needs to come along… good thing there’s room for it all 😉🚲🤎

Onze oudste (2,5 jaar) was meteen enthousiast. De wereld was meteen een stuk mooier. Ze zag van alles. Ook de jongste lijkt enorm te genieten vanuit zijn zitje (5 maanden). De fiets was klaar vlak voor onze vakantie, dus hij mocht mee. In 2 weken ruim 400 kilometer gemaakt en de auto letterlijk de hele vakantie laten staan.
Ik ben zelf nogal motorisch onhandig, maar verbaasde mij over het gemak waarmee zelfs ik over de smalle paden ging bij de Veluwe.
Het geeft mij met 2 kinderen enorm veel vrijheid terug, omdat nu niet alles met de auto meer hoeft. We maken van onze visite aan bijvoorbeeld opa en oma meteen een klein ommetje door de lokale groenvoorziening.
Lang verhaal kort. Beste aanschaf dit jaar!

Beste aankoop ooit!

We hebben in februari de Urban Arrow gekocht met de regenhuif. Bij de eerste rit begonnen allebei de kindjes meteen te lachen. Mijn oudste zei zelfs: “Mama, ik vind dit echt leuk! En zus vindt het ook leuk!” 🥹

Sindsdien kunnen we eigenlijk niet meer zonder. Een buggy meenemen? Past er gewoon in. Even boodschappen doen? Ook geen probleem, daar is meer dan genoeg plaats voor.

Hij maakt ons leven zoveel makkelijker en de kindjes vinden het geweldig. Ook de perfecte manier om na een alnge werkdag/schooldag even te ontspannen en tot rust te komen.
Dagelijks maken we fietstochtjes langs de diertjes en de bootjes!

Ik zou niet meer zonder kunnen!

The Urban Arrow is the most common choice for cargo bikes in Amsterdam and after buying one it is easy to see why. It is not the cheapest, but it is quality and you feel it the moment to start to ride. We bought the new FamilyNext model. Initially a bit complicated to figure out what we needed etc. but the partership with local dealers in Amsterdam was very helpful. Worth the investment!

Het is een fantastisch handige fiets, met een fijne service. Nu met onze twee dochters van 3.5 en 1 jaar naast elkaar, en straks de baby erbij in de Maxicosi. De fiets bied duidelijk meer beenruimte dan de concurenten op de markt. Onze meiden vinden het fantastisch, het traditionele fietsstoeltje is verleden tijd.

Commuter beater!
We love our Family Pro Next, it has practically replaced our 2nd car at this point and makes popping into town so much easier, no parking etc, just pop the bike up on the stand outside the shop.
We regularly ride it with my wife and daughter in the front, definitely recommend the rain cover plus as well, they both fit inside handily!
If anyone is on the fence about buying one, I have only good things to say!

Got an Urban Arrow family next for our Family. The bike is amazing, lot of space, easy to drive, great breaks and light (we have LED). All the extras (Raincover, Maxi Cosi Adapter etc.) are easy to install and to use

We love our UA cargo bike. We’ve been carting our twins around since they were 2 (now 6!). The bike rides smoothly, I can see the kiddos and we can chat along the way. I didn’t give 5 stars because we had an issue with the hub after 2.5 years-warranties for 2. There is no way to service the hub and it had to be replaced which was slow getting parts and pricey.
To be fair, that’s the only thing that has gone wrong in 4 years.

It makes the daily Routine with 5 children very comfortable. Even the freetime is fine - going by Bike with the Urban Arrow ist funtastic. A lot of space and in need no Car.

Wir haben ein grünes Urban Arrow Next und sind total mit dem zufrieden, weil es vielen Sachen im Alltag wie Einbringen bzw. Abholen der Kindern, Einkaufen, Fahren zur Arbeit... erleichtert. Uns gefallen das Design und die Farbe des Rades sehr. Wir haben bisher keine Sekunde mit dem Kauf bereut

Riding my cargo bike is so comfortable! It glides through the bike lane. My three-year-old adores it! I used to have a fietskar (that little trailer that goes behind your bike), and I really disliked it. Now, we talk a lot during our rides: about the cars, the ducks, the sky, how our day went... We share impressions, thoughts, ideas, we make arrangements. It's just so cozy; it encourages connections. I miss the sun cover in the Family Next version: I went looking for it, and discovered it was discontinued. A pity. Nevertheless, I love my UA. <3
