Asad's Professional Service at Urban Bubble

There was an outstanding issue in a property i own and UB manage for me. I live overseas and rely on Asad for everything with my properties. He was calm when i was anxious and he resolved the issue professionally with no extra cost to myself.

My partner and I had a truly lovely experience with the team at Urbanbubble, particularly Alessandra and Dora.

Our first point of contact was with Dora, who sent us a video tour of the property and answered a few of our initial questions. Her quick responses and helpfulness made the process feel easy from the start.

Whilst arranging an in‑person viewing, I briefly spoke with Xavier, who was polite, efficient, and very helpful in getting everything organised.

When we attended the viewing, Alessandra was super welcoming. Her kindness and approachability, made us feel completely comfortable asking questions. She walked us through the property with patience and her support made the experience of finding our first home together genuinely enjoyable.

Overall, the staff at Urbanbubble have made this journey smooth and stress‑free, and we’re very grateful for their help.

Xavier was extremely professional, I spoke with a lot of estate agents recently and he was the only single one who was prompt in his replies and I didn’t feel I was having to chase. Really good experience corresponding with him and he was so friendly and engaging in person. He definitely makes me want to continue using Urban Bubble in my property search

Carl has fixed a couple of issues in our flat now. He is always friendly, fix’s the issue and leave where he has been working very tidy.

I was searching for a new place to rent in Manchester having gotten a job in the city. I reached out to urbanbubble and immediately got loads of potential apartments sent to me the very next day by Johanne, I requested a viewing and got that sorted as soon as I was available. Alessandra met me at the property and did an amazing job showing me the potential listings. I'm very satisfied with how prompt the whole process was and how Johanne and Alessandra handled it all.

Really positive experience with the Urban Bubble team. Alessandra, Johanne, and Dora all played a part in securing my property quickly and even negotiated my rent down from £1,150 to £1,085. Communication throughout was great, and Dora came in on a Saturday for my move-in day & when I ran into an issue out of hours, the team picked up and sorted it. Couldn't ask for more from the people side of things. 4 stars.
