Anthony has done us proud again with a perfect car and stellar service from start to finish.

Would highly recommend.

We bought a lovely little Mini from these guys about a month ago, Anthony was very helpful and not at all pushy, he explained all the controls and service points on the engine, he took us on about a 15 minute test drive and all was good, very pleased with the whole experience, and we got a new mot and a free 1yr aa breakdown cover for piece of mind, would highly recommend.

Update, just got a reply from this trader who’s now claiming I didn’t have any dealings with him. You now get my point. Avoid at all costs….Purchased a Ford Fiesta from this trader and within 6 months experienced starting issues. Took it to a Ford main dealer, got a quote and passed it to UsedCarNetwork who refused to honour the 2 year and what is seen now as a completely worthless guarantee. The Ford dealer also reported that the electrics had been 'tampered with / badly repaired'. After many weeks of arguments back and forth the sole trader decided that he would replace a 'sensor' (at a few pounds cost) to try and 'fob us off' despite the feedback from the Ford main dealer that this wouldn't resolve the issue. We didn't trust the guy so decided it was too great a risk to let him anywhere near the car. We would strongly recommend that you steer clear of this person and look elsewhere.

Firstly, The owner of this business is a sole trader, he is breaking the law by not displaying his name on his website. He does this for good reason, although I shall not name him here as it is against the T&C of this site.

However it is a matter of public interest, and I would urge anybody thinking of doing business with this man, that they first google "Loughton car dealer jailed" so they can make an informed decision on whether to proceed. Motor Group was a previous business of his.

I am currently in the process of sueing the proprietor of this business for mis-selling & misrepresenting the warranties he provides. Make sure you ask him the claim limits & servicing conditions as they are punitive and the warranty is self funded and not worth the paper it's written on. They are provided by Lawdata Ltd and a trustdata search will reveal the general consensus of opinion on them.

We travelled 1.5 hours to this garage as it boasted a 2yr warranty and ignored the few bad reviews...
Big mistake!
We loved the Smax when we saw it and Tony assured us the oil leak we spotted on the floor was just some cleaning fluid. Turns out a week or so after inspection at an independent garage, that it was in fact the shock absorber. He wanted to chuck a spare part on it from a mondeo they had out the back and i inisted we had a new part or we would return it.
We were also fed up with intermittent parking sensors but Tony's mechanic couldnt replicate this issue. A few weeks after that car was overheating and after another 3 hour round trip it was established a pipe had fallen off (fixed by Tony's mechanic). We also reported the onfoing performance issues but this again couldnt be replicated. A few months on we have replaced EGR valve, water pump, cambelt (as good practice to change with pump although this was disputed by Tony), and the thermostat.
Issue of overheating (and now sluggish to start) persists and we are advised by an independent that it is suspected head gasket failure.
Tony went off to get quotes - we chased him up and he just advised us to buy "Super Steele" - our mechanic has advised this would have the potential to cause further damage (implying this would be a bodge job). Tony finally pointed out that our scheme only covers for £100 per claim!!! Absolutely pointless and not worth the paper its written on. I appreciate warranty cover is basic but it covers major works such as this, so whar use is £100 max claim on a job that costs 1k or more to do!!! Shocking!!!

I didnt think it was possible to have had such a bad experience of a company that boasts they are honest and responsibie. You learn alot about a company in how they handle customers and this really is a cowboy approach. We will stick with main dealers in the futute as there are no hidden suprises... May aswell buy private!!!

Bought my current (Used) car from here. Was impressed with the quality of the car, very clean and tidy, with excellent service history.
Excellent communication with the business throughout the sale. And the after sales support was brilliant - they paid for a number of minor issues that I flagged up within the first week of having the car, without question.
A very happy customer.

Car looked good on the forecourt but the after sales service when dealing with serious faults to the car is dreadful. They sadly try everything to avoid remedying any problems, even though they are obliged to do this for 6 months. A service after we brought the car identified 2 serious faults, and questioned whether the car should have passed its MOT given these and the tread on the tyres. Eventually got this fixed and got a token refund but it was extremely hard work and in their words you “become the enemy after you pay and drive the car away”. Be wary and ensure you get it fully checked before parting with money!
