I had a horrible experience with USLI. My upstairs neighbor had a damaged pipe which caused water damage and my ceiling to collapse. Her insurance USLI, determined she is not at fault despite a thorough water leak investigation report stating she is. USLI just closed my case and the investigator on the case just stopped responding despite so much evidence proving the cause of the leak. Sounds like they just don’t want to handle the case

Had this company for over 10+ years, had to make a claim because our roof was leaking, once inspection was done was told since it wasn't a hail or wind damage, they will not help us out. I am not a professional we do have some hail every now and then and even some branches from trees falling on our roof due to high winds but they didn't approve our request, fast forward a few weeks later when it's time for renewal they dropped us saying that we had to replace our roof. I've been with your company 10+ years and had only 1 calm and you decide to not only deny our claim but to drop us instead.

It would be negative if I could. My floor joist have failed and the second story needs to be completely rebuilt. They won’t cover anything. Looks like my policy only covers acts of god at this point even if my home collapsed they state I’m not covered. What is the point of home insurance then?

I got insurance coverage through this company with an agent by the name of Jay Ashworthy. He returns phone calls more than three weeks after you call. Sometimes emails go months until he replies. Extremely frustrating. I cancelled the policy due higher rates and poor responsiveness. When I canceled the policy, a month and half after renewing, they charged a ten percent fee. A month and half coverage cost $600 bucks of a policy worth $1037.00. When I called they said I agreed to their policy, yet they never sent the policy and I never signed a thing. To date, I have yet to hear from Jay which is typical. Do not use this insurance company and go with some reputable.
