Thought this was a UK company which I later found out the items are shipped from China. Ordered 2 batteries that were advertised for an Akaso Brave 8 action camera, when they arrived they were nothing like and stated cell phone batteries on the invoice. After various correspondence via email I am stuck with these as they are lithium batteries and cannot be sent them back through international post. They also stated that no refunds are given on postage even though it was all down to them. Since emailing them again for a resolution they are now not responding to my emails. If you want some good advice, stay well clear of this shocking company. Really, really bad!!!

I ordered a Lenovo 10" tablet stand (advertised as Lenovo P11 cradle and stand). Took 15 days to arrive which is how I found out it was a Chinese company! It is tiny and you can only charge a phone on it. My tablet falls over when I put it in the cradle. They say they will refund but only if I pay £4 to send it back to China. Not confident now I know they are not British and may try a chargeback.

I ordered a usb/micro data card converter. When they confirmed the order it was at a different price. I immediately cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They said the order had been dispatched. Not possible. I tried again but no luck. The product has arrived and no facility for return.

I wouldn’t touch them again. Steer clear.

Uk phone number does not have the correct digits, no one answers your emails until you say you will report them.
The company is not in the uk but China, trying to make website seem as though they are in the uk, do not buy anything from this company...

Don't use them. Sent wrong item that doesn't fit, they insist its the right part despite me sending photos to prove otherwise. Will not refund without me paying for return postage to China.
Shocking service.

I too recently used this company for two adapter's for two different devices.

They were advertised specifically for each device so was happy to order as I couldn't find them anywhere else.

Took ages to arrive and then they didn't work.
They are unbranded, no name at all.

The devices actually tell you that the adapter is not supported.

I'm not holding my breath that I'll get any joy from the company so I've put a formal complaint into PayPal and if I don't get total satisfaction from them I'll go to the credit card company and see what they can do.

One thing is certain.........I will never use them again.

Sent me the wrong item. Delivery took ages. I ordered a bigger battery, they sent me a standard sized one. After their mistake, they insisted I pay for return postage and they wouldn't refund the initial postage. Con artists. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a Motorola Moto E5 Micro USB to HDMI MHL Adapter from UsourceUK. Their website said it was "Special designed for Motorola Moto E5." Six weeks later it arrived. The case was broken and it did not work. It did not even pass through the charging current to the phone via the micro USB. When I complained they replied "This is a standard Micro USB MHL adapter which works on all phone with MHL function." The information on their website is therefore a clear misrepresentation as the Motorola Moto E5 does not have MHL function. I ordered it because their website said it was special designed for the Moto E5 which should have meant that it had the MHL function built in rather than depending on the MHL function being in the phone. This product clearly could never have worked with the Moto E5, even it it had not been broken. Beware of false claims on UsourceUK's website.

I was made to think that I was buying in the UK... ???
Thank god I payd with PayPal.. usb audio adapter for Samsung s20.. didn't work S it says that the usb device is not compatible with my phone. Emailed them but they keep saying they will contact supplier.

Very bad I bought a car charger with a coil code but they send me a different and wrong charger Even the packaging slip shows the picture of the item is different from the real item I recieved.Thus the seller is dishonest and they are refusing to pay back. Order Number UK3604 dated 2021-03-27
I wonder why they refuse to pay for the postage since it's their fault sending a wrong order. Please do not buy from these website they are in China and they are complications in their business. PLEASE DONT.If u call their number no one answers that at all.

trying to get my money back, never ever will I buy from china again, they falsley sell items for sale & its cheap crap.

I wish that I had read these reviews before ordering from this website as they are all accurate. This website is deliberately deceptive to make you think you are ordering from a UK supplier, even the contact phone number looks like a UK number but if you call the number there is no answer. This is a Chinese supplier and even though the delivery cost looks reasonable this is because you will have to pay import duty and handling charges when the goods arrive in the UK. On top of that the item that I ordered was useless. It was described as being specifically designed for use with my Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablet but this was rubbish as it did not work at all.
Unless you want expensive import costs and shoddy products do not use this site at any cost.

Took ages for the item to arrive, when it did it was wrong and not as described, this company then suggested a credit note towards their other products or post back to China for a refund!!! Then we’re none responsible to emails. Novice business owners and con artists!

They took one month to send me a faulty product then expected me to send it back with my money to China for a refund.

GOOGLE take some responsibility and ban these sites from your search engine!!!!

Avoid This Company Ordered a pen to use with an apple iPad as a birthday present for a ten year old at the end of September.
The company is USourseUK. UK being the part of the name I judged to be most important.
The firm is actually in China!!
It arrived yesterday (3rd November) at the local post office. However it could not be released by them as a charge has been incurred.
The item cost £29.99 but the Post Office wanted an extra £12.18.
I will not be paying this and they can return it to China.
I will see what PayPal has to say about this.

Ordered a wireless keyboard for the Go Pro surface, on May 23rd 2020.
It still hasn't arrived, and they have not replied to my emails.
