Never received my order and poor customer service. No reply with said time frame. Don't use this company

The 034Motorsport DQ381 TCU tune for my 2019 Audi is an excellent product. However, the customer service experience with VAGPARTS Australia was disappointing and unprofessional. When I reached out to clarify why only a "Stage 1" file was available, the response from Jonathan was incredibly curt, lacking any greeting or polite sign-off. His statement felt defensive and dismissive of a legitimate technical question. 034Motorsport makes a top-tier product, but the support from this vendor does not match the product quality.

Pleased with the service received from Jonathan on Liqui Moly DCT 8100 recommendation and prompt delivery.

Yes Customer support wasn't great but I received my items on time quick and simple just make sure to read fine prints.

They don't reply to emails; you can't call them either.

I asked about shipping times, and the reply was all the info was on their website and answering this was a waste of their time. Glad I didn't waste might placing an order.

Purchased a very simple straightforward product for my Audi. Received within 3 days. Wasn’t the cheapest in comparison to eBay or Amazon, however I wanted to go with a trusted supplier. Will buy again.

WARNING! You are ordering a product, not buying a product, even though they charge you for the full value of the parts. Prior to ordering, I was provided incorrect information and as a result only part of my order was supplied. After I enquired about the incomplete delivery, the order for the unavailable parts was cancelled and refunded, which leaves me with incomplete parts which can't be used. AVOID!!!!

Very hard to deal with VAGPARTS, they don't reply to emails while waiting for parts takes months to arrive. They are very unprofessional!
I've ordered some parts from them on 26/09/24, 2 weeks later nothing. I've try to contact them, the only way is through email. I receive a reply on 14/10/2024 that they do not have parts in stock so it will take another 1-2 weeks to arrive. Can't really trust them!

Excellent - stock levels are accurate and very fast delivery in Australia. Keep up the good work.

I wanted to order some replacement ignition parts for my Golf R but wanted to check compatibility. I emailed the team at VAGPARTS and they replied very quickly and we’re extremely helpful. They were also upfront about the 4+ week lead time on the products in my order which ended up being a very accurate estimate. Would absolutely order from here again.
