I’ve been doing surveys with Valued Opinions for quite a few years now and I find they’re one of the best survey sites. I’ve had a couple of problems but they do try and resolve the issues and they’re quick to get back to you if you do have a problem. The customer service is good and they do their best to make sure your survey experience is consistent and good. If you’d like to earn some e-gift cards then this is the site for you. You get consistent surveys so you can earn. I’ve found this site better by far from any other.

I have been doing surveys for many years and i see that they cancelled my membership and the problem was that the system did not accept my new password , so i hope i can be a member again thanks graeme pn the problem has been ongoing for a while .

Strange company I complained about completing 15 minutes surveys regularly for no reward and these bunch of weirdos have shadow blocked me

I think the customer service is outstanding, any issue is usually dealt with quickly and efficiently, sometimes the surveys can take a bit longer than stated but for the most part are good.

This has helped me alot the surveys are great and i have earnt money to help with groceries.

When I go to a survey, more times than not I get 1/2 way through and a message pops I am better off elsewhere.

Half the surveys dont pay at the end its getting very boring

I’ve been a member for as long as I can remember and have completed many surveys over the years. I’ve always found them engaging, insightful, and thought-provoking. When I recently encountered an issue with one survey, the technical support team was extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. They resolved my problem in a timely manner, which was greatly appreciated. Well done, team, and keep up the great work!

Good survey company customer service good solution outcome

A very good survey site, with better than average surveys and rewards. Been doing surveys on this site for a long time and have always had great customer support, and never had any problems.

Have been a member of this survey panel for more than 20 years. Easy to build rewards by taking relevant surveys suited to your profile. Occasionally I receive an error on submission of the survey, very easy to log a issue through the help form. Very quick response and resolution. As far as redeeming rewards, great selection of retailers and instant receipt of gift cards unlike other survey platforms that take up to 5 days to receive rewards. Use surveys to keep my brain active, gain knowledge and be rewarded for it.

I enjoy doing surveys and find there is plenty of choice. It is nice to earn a bit of exta money, as I am new to Valued Opinions I have not yet claimed my rewards. I am sure however this will run smoothly.

I had a technical error with one of my surveys, I contacted Valued Opinions, they straightaway resolved my query and credited me with my missing reward, Valued Opinions are in my opinion the best survey company going, they always deal with any query in a quick and effecient manner, nothing is too much trouble, would highly recommend.

Unable to claim the reward offered. Also, wasted a lot of time answering questions for surveys that then filtered me out - most of the higher value surveys were like this.

I tried to access a reward via the go to my account from the survey screen. This brought up an error message. I contacted the helpline and got a very quick response advising me to do my application from the website and it worked perfectly. I find them to be very efficient and am delighted to recommend them.

Their customer service has improved tenfold since my previous interaction with them. Charles resolved all my issues in a polite and professional manner. They offer the best rewards for surveys and downloading apps & games etc. Highly recommended!

Valued Opinions has a range of surveys and a lot do get the info for free. When there is a missed payment after completing a survey they are quick to fix the error and credit the account.

I enjoy the surveys but they always take a lot longer than they say they do. If I’m doing a survey that says 10 minutes I don’t expect it to take 20 minutes instead. Sometimes I get halfway through and they decide I don’t meet their target audience, so it’s a waste of time.
The games need a lot more time than I can spend to get any rewards. I enjoy some aspects of the site but finding somethings annoying.
