Their customer service has improved tenfold since my previous interaction with them. Charles resolved all my issues in a polite and professional manner. They offer the best rewards for surveys and downloading apps & games etc. Highly recommended!

Valued Opinions has a range of surveys and a lot do get the info for free. When there is a missed payment after completing a survey they are quick to fix the error and credit the account.

I enjoy the surveys but they always take a lot longer than they say they do. If I’m doing a survey that says 10 minutes I don’t expect it to take 20 minutes instead. Sometimes I get halfway through and they decide I don’t meet their target audience, so it’s a waste of time.
The games need a lot more time than I can spend to get any rewards. I enjoy some aspects of the site but finding somethings annoying.

Some review sites can be a waste of time with scrèen-outs being more of the norm but with this site it is much less of a case and there is strong support team to assist you if things do not first work out right.

Absolutely brilliant.. I love doing the surveys and earning a little money for Christmas.

Good value surveys sometimes they have multiple errors and but if time wasting goes on but generally good fun and rewards

A decent range of surveys to complete. Some more detailed than others. Not taken up any of the offers yet, but they are there if I find time to.
Worth doing if you have a bit of spare time.

I can spend a lot of time on this site for little reward. I get screened out often. I persist because they offer a Sainsburys gift card.

Easy to build up account and good variety of surveys to choose from

This is a good survey site. You can fill spare time doing surveys, influencing research, and make a bit of cash on the side.

Be prepared for very low rewards. Majority of surveys are under 50P.

Are proactive about improving their customer service,which i marginally place ahead of financial motivation from doing surveys.The environment is bright and conducive to being motivated to complete surveys which aren't the highest paying in the market,but no shortage of relevant topics of varying lengths.A rewarding community.

Responded to my enquiry very quickly and gave great help. However i managed to resolve the issue myself but was greatfull for their quick response.
Would like to see the company update my profile more quickly as surveys keep showing well after i have been rejected.

I get lots of surveys to do, I just wish I had more time to do them. It's an easy way to make a bit of pocket money. I like how you can leave your money in and let it mount up.
