We did the salkantay trek with Americo and Javier, they were amazing guides with a lot of knowledge and responsibility, they were very kind and helpfull 🤩 Also the cooking team was amazing with delicious meals and they were all so nice 🤩 Big thanks to Americo, Javier, Claudio,Alejandro, Leonardo and all the others from the team who helped us and did the Salkantay trek with us 🤩

We had a great experience with Vamos expeditions! We did the Salkantay trekking with Vamos and had a lovely time! The team of our trekking was amazing! The guides were very professional and know what they are doing. The cooking team was amazing - the dishes they cooked were at restaurant level ! We were very happy of the VAMOS service.

Such an amazing adventure. The trail crew, and most importantly, the guides were phenomenal: such a heart-felt experience with the guides. Excellent cultural trip and picturesque trek.

I traveled to Peru with Vamos Expeditions and it exceeded my expectations! The attention to detail, safety, and quality was excellent. The guides were excellent, the group participants were lovely and easy, and the itinerary was a great mix of classic sites and also non-touristy experiences!

So thankful for the sublime experience that I had with Vamos Expeditions in Peru.

During my stay, I walked the 10-day Huayhuash circuit, guided by Jehguel. A very experienced mountain guide, who adjusted the trekking to the specific circumstances of the moment (weather, pandemic,route obstructions...) and to our wishes (meals, diet, rest, physical condition, extra peak climbs and view points). He made us see the most incredible view of my life: San Antonio at 5000 meter heigt. He made sure the crew that accompanied us was aligned and had prepared our picknick, meals and camp places at the exact moment we needed it/arrived.

Also welcoming in the country and travel to and from Huaraz went very smooth and hospitable. I will definitely travel again with Vamos!

What an incredible trip! Marisol was the perfect guide for our adventure with 2 young boys (6 and 8 years old). Memories to last a lifetime!!! Thank you

I returned just a few weeks ago from a very incredible adventure in Argentina and Patagonia. I cannot say enough about the planning and execution….and comfort I felt during this experience. Everything fell in place as expected. Hotels and lodges were great and perfect for getting a better feel of the area. The tours were absolutely the best. Great hikes, bike rides, and all filled with information about the area.
And the food!!!!!!!!

Just finished a trip with Vamos Expeditions. It was a fabulous trip with every detail taken care of for us. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy. They knew the best outfitters for our adventures such as kayaking, hiking, bike tours, and glacier hiking. The restaurants were top notch and always had a local flair. I would definitely take another Vamos trip.

There are no words to explain the trip I took with Annelies and Vamos to Argentina. The level of attention to detail and care throughout the entire trip was beyond Measure!! I have every intention to travel with her and Vamos in the future!!

We went to Argentina with a group, my first trip ever outside the United States. Vamos Expeditions was awesome. Annelies met us at the airport and from that moment took care to make sure everything went smoothly. From Buenos Aeries to Patagonia she led us on a great adventure. When the inevitable minor inconveniences occurred she was quick to make sure everything was taken care of. The itinerary, from hiking to kayaking and sight seeing, she planned gave everyone options that fit their abilities and wishes. She was not only the group leader but a participant whose enthusiasm and obvious love of the adventure was infectious to the whole gang. The trip was an absolute blast. I would be happy to travel with Vamos Expeditions again and hope to do it soon.

Annalies and her entire support staff ensure that any trip with Vamos Expeditions will be extraordinary. Annalies goes out of her way to make sure all the small details that can make a trip go more smoothly and be more enjoyable are handled - and she does it with such grace and personal attention. She carefully selects the activities, meals, guides, attractions and accommodations to provide for an immersive experience filled with fun, adventure, relaxation and local culture. I would highly recommend Annalies and Vamos Expeditions to anyone.

My husband and I just went on an amazing trip to Patagonia with Vamos. Annelies and the guides are incredible! They take care of every detail and take all the stress out of travel while also keeping a budget in mind. We did amazing activities and went to unique restaurants. Highly recommend!

We traveled with Vamos to Buenos Aires and then into Patagonia. The level of care and thought that Vamos put into every detail of the trip was amazing from transportation while in country to restaurants and hotels to the wonderful activities. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Annaleis was amazing and above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of and having a great time. We would travel with Vamos again in a heartbeat and can hardly wait until the next trip!

I have traveled with Vamos Expeditions twice and can confidently share that every detail is covered and you are treated better than a valued family member! My first trip was to Peru, hiking and visiting Machu Picchu. The Inca Trail was closed, but we had an even better experience hiking in Lares among the tiny villages and herds of alpaca.
Someone greeted us in Lima and ensured we were settled and prepared to continue to Cusco. We fell in love with the accommodations in Cusco and our guide Washington. Anneliese helped with currency exchange, dinner reservations, lunch recommendations and optional activities during the minimal down time. Our days were full, and yet we wanted more. I only wish I had three weeks to explore. Our hiking guide, Yjeguel was fantastic, and we all agreed that his easy going nature and knowledge of everything made our experience so much richer.
My second trip was to Argentina with a bit larger group. We had a great combination of planned hikes, excursions and down time. Nice accommodations. Anneliese did an amazing job with our travel arrangements, getting us checked-in at the airports, and having tour busses come directly to our hotels. She has great recommendations for places to see and things to do. Some events had to be modified due to the pandemic, but we all felt that our experiences were only enhanced by the new options.

I would highly recommend Vamos Expeditions. You will know that you are cared for, and you will surely call them "Family" by the end of your travels.
