I ordered parts for my car from them, which didn't fit me. I returned them, paid for shipping, but they never gave me the money for the goods. No one answers emails, the worst company!!!!

Ordered roof rack one day and received it the next. Excellent delivery service. Only downside was instructions received with Rhino roof rack were rather vague. Was able to download more detailed instructions online. A video link would be really helpful.
