Sizes were wrong and we were worried that they would not be exchanged since the sizes were not available at the time.

Thankfully we made a custom order and returned the wrong sizes and got the correct ones within a month: earlier than they estimated. :)

Repeat customer here. Vancaro has great products and great customer support. Will continue to shop with Vancaro as they have a great selection of products at even greater prices.

Stones are mismatched. All are supposed to be red and 1 stone out of 7 is a different color. They are fake which I understand, but that would lead me to believe it would be easier to at least make them match each other. Customer service was good...just wish the quality was better for $130.

My wife loves this ring
She has a ton of jewelry and is very picky what she wears. Her wedding set is a Nexus diamond and this compares pretty close to that. Service was excellent as we had it on our front porch in six days. Any questions I've had have been answered right away and fully and wanted to make sure we were happy and we are.

The ring was exactly what I was expecting. It was shipped very quick. It was given as a Christmas gift and once it was opened it was realized that I ordered the wrong size. They were quick to respond to my issue and gave very detailed instructions on what I needed to do. The wait to get the right size was a bit long but it was because that ring and size were on back order. If the return was quicker would have given 5 out of 5. Sender was quick with responses and easy to work with. I would use them again any time with no worries.

My soon to be son in law bought my daughter a ring from here. It was over $100 so we at least expected it to last a little while. However she's only had it 2 months and the black is gone!! There should be something on the website stating these rings are more costume than engagement or daily wear. Vancaro, you can post your little robotic response about the playing, sterling silver, etc. But we all know you are scammers. Really sad because now the ring he proposed with, that should have been something she could pass down is ruined & they cant get that back. Hope your CEO sleeps good at night knowing he's a crook!!!

I recieved the ring and found it beautiful. It is sterling silver with rose gold. Now i happen to also be wearing a black hills gold ring with the same rose gold past down in the family from my Grandma. The rose gold is still as good as ever. Now my wedding ring from vancaro lost all of the rose gold within a year. I still find it pretty so i gave them 2 stars. If you want a lasting ring i would go somewhere else. Way to much to spend on Sterling silver and CZ plus cheap plating.

J'ai commandé un bijou pour ma femme et je l'ai reçu vers le 6 décembre; n'aimant pas ce bijou j'ai demandé par mail un retour avec photos à l'appui.J'ai eu une réponse comme quoi ils avaient bien reçu ma demande et celle-ci était traité sous un numéro qu'ils m'ont communiqué.Après plusieurs relances de ma part pour savoir les démarches à effectuer plus de nouvelles.
Je demande donc un remboursement mais cela a plutôt l'air de les déranger puisqu'ils dédaignent de me répondre.
Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site et vu les commentaires sur le Net je m'abstiendrais de recommander chez eux.
