Totally happy with the customer service, they kept me up to date constantly sending me emails letting me know were my order was, trust me I've had some bad experiences ordering from China however Vaccaro really is on top of there game when it comes to keeping the customer satisfied, the ring i ordered Totally knocked it out of the park, nothing but smiles from my girlfriend

Beautiful ring, as was the first one I bought. Great quality and fast shipping. The first one was damaged while unloading box’s. I bought this one hoping it was a little closer to the finger. Both rings beautiful and both in my GF birthstone. Very nice products, will recommend to friends. Always gets a lot of compliments.

The rings came sooner than expected and came in an awesome box. They came with a cleaning cloth and a little card to give as a gift to that someone special. The rings are impeccably crafted and absolutely stunning! I cried when I received them. They are more awesome than pictured and I will be buying again!

I had an issue with a ring and the only issue was it was not my style. They were very helpful in every way exchanging the ring. Wonderful customer service. They responded right away with any email and the rings that I bought were exactly as advertised and of high quality.

This is my second purchase from Vancaro.My wife loved the first but the ring became unwearable due to weight loss.Unfortunately the exact ring was no longer in stock.I was assured that they would customize the ring to be the same as the last one,and they did just that.Its just as nice as the first,and my wife loves it as much as the last one.Some sites,such as "silly Kings" couldn't get our order right at all.(TWICE!)No nice reviews for them.Vancaros attention to their customers wishes,willingness to do more than just have "something" available,and offer customization options,as well very courteous staff and constant contact and updates regarding shipping earn this company five stars all day.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for quality jewelery at an affordable price.

Received the devil wing and Angel necklace, gave it to Girlfriend who absolutely loved it, ordering was easy. The real winner to me is the Excellent Communication on the tracking of when what you order is getting ready to ship, ships and arrives. And on its way to being delivered.

First impression, their variety and options are so unique and beautiful. I had to order, my package was lost and couldn’t be tracked for a couple of weeks because DHL wasn’t familiar with the rural area i lived in. Vancaro’s customer service did their best to guide me through everything and reassured me. Eventually the package was brought to my home so much appreciated towards their service. The ring sets i got are also so beautiful, they’re very enchanting and the shine/quality is incredible.

The items are of great quality and the notifications along the way for the delivery were great for keeping track of when it would be delivered!!! The item was a gift and it was exactly as pictured on the site and she loves it, 10/10 would purchase again!
