I placed an order with Vani Cosmetics on December 23, 2025 (€46.90). Immediately after placing the order, I noticed I had made a small typo in the house number (1 instead of 51). Within one minute of the order confirmation, I emailed their customer service asking them to correct the address.

The order was only shipped six days later, but the address was never corrected. The package therefore became undeliverable and according to the tracking information it was eventually returned and destroyed.

I contacted customer service multiple times explaining the situation and asked whether the order could be resent to the correct address. The mistake had been reported immediately and there was plenty of time to correct it before shipment.

Instead of offering a solution, they simply referred to their policy about incorrect addresses and refused to resend the order. After I gave them five business days to resolve the issue, they stopped responding altogether.

As a result, I paid for a product that I never received.

Very disappointing customer service and unwillingness to help resolve a simple issue.

I like that someone emailed me for a review, it feels more personal like wow someone is actually behind the screen! I also really like the glitters, the price is very fair and I love how shiny they are. Sure, they are hard to take off but babes its pressed glitter thats part of the product like get that tape and take the glitter off. I use these everytime I get into drag either on my lids or on top of highlighter they are soooooo pretty.

Ordered product 2/9, aa of 2/25 it has not been shipped. Have reached out over 10 times and getting the most minimal response. Was told on 2/11 it was on the way and then on 2/20 said they switched their shipping provider in Canada and my order was missed and was told it would be sent 2/23, it still has not. No response despite following up over 5 times. Requested a refund and no response. They have the worst customer service I've experienced ever. I was really excited for this product and now I wish I never was fed an ad for them.

The products are amazing and I use them almost every day. My only critique is the Nebula shade looks a lot more pink in person than purple. Otherwise, the product, packaging, and shipping are great.

The pressed glitter is honestly the best I’ve ever used—I’m obsessed! It lasts all day, and I get nonstop compliments whenever I wear it. I really hope you come out with even more colors!

These are the Rolls Royce of glitters.
I'm a huge fan of glitter and have ALL the glitters but these are far and away the best. Incredible pigmentation, great range of colours (including intense brights and subtle holographics). I have two boxes of them and I don't even use my other branded glitters any more. 11/10 best glitter ever.

The pressed glitter is amazing, really easy to work with and stays on all day! 10/10 ❤️

the pressed glitters in these are amazing! if your a beginner and want to amplify your make up look this will easily do this! or even if your a MUA this is must have in your make up kit!

the built in primer they use is so creamy and makes the glitter stay on all night with no budging at all! literally a little goes a long way with this as its so pigmented and high quality with a good price point too

No primer needed! No fallout either! The Best Sellers pallet is my go to for a punch of glitter and shine. I have recommended this to my colleagues, cousins, and my glitter loving friends.

It took almost exactly a month for the package to arrive in Germany, and I did have to pay a bit more than 15€ in customs – but honestly? It was absolutely worth it.

I already owned quite a lot of glitter, so I was curious (and a little skeptical) whether your eyeshadows could really live up to the hype. And wow… they completely blew me away! 🌈✨
I’ve already done a small test makeup look with them, and I’m genuinely obsessed. The sparkle, the intensity, the magic – it’s everything I hoped for and more.

These glitters are beyond gorgeous! Richly pigmented, long lasting, and brilliant fun colors. I bought 2 pallettes, one for me and one for my daughter and we both love them. Phenomenal product, will definitely purchase more!

I bought the bestsellers glitter palette and it is AMAZING! Totally worth the hype, I use it every day. (Ive already hit pan on multiple colours!) I really really like the formula, its super smooth and soo pigmented, exactly what I was looking for. My favourite shades are Whimsical and Ethereal. Whimsical especially, I put it on top of purple eyeshadow along my lower lash line and I love how it looks.

I've been from Vanicosmtrics for a while now. I have re-ordered several for myself, AND for friends and family. I get so many compliment every time I wear the shades!

I'm very pleased with my order. I hesitated to buy based on a social media post from a company from the other side of the Atlantic but I couldn't resist the sparkles! I decided to take a chance and am delighted that I did. My order was delivered surprisingly quickly. I love the glitter bestsellers eyeshadow palette and am still trying out the different colours. I'm a lady well into my 50s so probably not the usual customer demographic but my husband and I love going to the increasing numbers of early evening discos that are popping up in the UK. I love makeup and the glitter eyeshadow looks amazing. It barely moves despite us dancing for hours.
