Terrible experience. I trashed all the vans i own and my kids own.

I ordered a pair of skate Rowleys on April 22nd but they were to small. Started a return and mailed them back. ordered the right size on april 29th. They returned the original pair to me that did not fit and when the new pair shipped they were delivered to a different county. I have called been on chat. Still have $140 and now they are fighting me. I will never buy vans again. Purchased sbs and converse cons.

2 mal personalisierte Schuhe bestellt, beim ersten mal gingen sie verloren. Bekam eine 30% Erstattung für die zweite Bestellung. Beim zweiten Mal wurden sie storniert wegen dem Bild. Wieder wollen sie mich mit 30% Erstattung ruhig stellen. Sowas schlechtes habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Recent delivery wasn’t delivered to my address. An order of £140 ! I brought this up with them which they confirmed was delivered to a neighbour but refused to refund me even though I didn’t have any of the products

I ordered a pair of board shorts for $60. I had 25 off in friends and I family, so I applied it to the order lowering the price to $35. But when i looked at my PayPal, they charged me $60. When I contacted them about the issue, They said my points expired. I sent them a snip of the email I received the day before, saying my points would expire in 30 days. I also showed them a snip of my order showing that my total was $35. They told me the order was to far along, that they couldn't reapply the points, that never should have been removed, and that I would need to do a refund and repurchase the shorts. I get an email saying the shorts shipped, I email them and tell them I don't want the shorts if they won't reapply the points. So about 454 minutes later I get an email saying my order was cancelled. So you could cancel the open order, but you couldn't just reapply my points back. What type of customer service is this, I'm 48 years old, I've been buying vans since 1990, I will never ever shop there again.

Ordine personalizzato, nessuna notizia per settimane, diverse segnalazioni perché il servizio clienti non risponde.
Quando risponde non danno informazioni utili e di colpo, senza alcun avviso l'ordine viene annullato

Ho acquistato poco fa un paio di scarpe di questa azienda e pensa che sono molto avanti in questo, l’unico problema che ho riscontrato e che le scarpe si sono bucate, quindi si belle esteticamente ma nn sono per nulla resistenti

Shoes falling appart after a handful of wears. Customer service not interested. Didn't realise how bad their online reputation is. No longer a supported after many years.

Bij het contacteren van de klantenservice ,met tal van foto’s van voering alsook de onder kant van sneakers waarbij je duidelijk kan zien dat ze zo goed als nieuw zijn .
Na en enkele dagen kreeg ik te horen dat dit slijtage was .
Ik nogmaals duidelijk gemaakt ik die pas 2 x heb gedragen bleven ze bij standpunt slijtage.

Ich habe zwei VANS Jacken für meine Kinder gekauft. Beide waren nach dem Waschen kaputt, der Schriftzug hatte sich gelöst. Man diskutierte kurz mit mir herum, dass es nicht an der Qualität der Jacken läge ( ich erstelle selbst Textilien und erkenne eine schlechte Vinylfolie). Mittlerweile bekomme ich nur noch bescheid, dass meine Emails gelöscht werden, ohne, dass man sie liest.
140 Euro für die Tonne und der Kundenservice einfach unterirdisch. Ich wünsche dem VANS Shop, dass sich alle Kunden merken, wie man mit ihnen umgegangen ist

Niet bestellen.. ‘gratis retour’ met ups code die niet werkt, vervolgens en ik voor de vierde keer contact aan het opnemen met een chatbot omdat ze een nieuw formulier zouden opsturen maar dit word niet gedaan. Ik zit in de stress omdat ik op vakantie ga, en mijn retourtermijn verstrijkt ondertussen evengoed na 30 dagen.. er is geen fatsoenlijk contact te krijgen, daarom deze review.

J’ai acheté deux paires de Vans (neuves) et j’ai remarqué des petites déchirures ainsi que des griffures sur le daim. Le pire, c’est que le SAV m’a répondu que c’était une "usure normale"… Sérieusement ? Des chaussures à 115 € la paire qui arrivent déjà abîmées, c’est inacceptable !

En plus, après avoir cherché des avis, je me rends compte que je ne suis pas le seul à constater cette baisse de qualité. Vans était une marque de référence, mais maintenant, on a l’impression qu’ils misent tout sur l’image et plus du tout sur la durabilité.

Cet avis ne concerne pas les chaussures Vans mais le service clients Vans, une bande d incompétents, non professionnels.
Je m explique : j ai acheté une paire de chaussures Vans. Le colis s'ouvre facilement par dessous (aucun scotch de protection). Résultat, le livreur a volé la paire de chaussures à 115€. J ai informé le service clients afin qu'il fasse une réclamation auprès du transporteur et connaître le nom du livreur. Le service clients, me répond que le colis a été livré donc cela ne les concerne plus. Bande d incompétents, vous ne valez pas mieux que les voleurs que vous laissez impunément voler les achats de vos clients sans rien faire !!
De plus, j ai laissé un avis sur Vans mais bon, il ne sera jamais publié puisqu'ils ne publient que les avis positifs.

I recently ordered from Vans and while their products are great and the in-store experience is still good, their delivery service is extremely slow. In today's society, it feels like their online ordering system is stuck in the 90s. It took at least a week and a half for my order to arrive, and that's with paying for delivery. This kind of delay would only be forgivable if the delivery was free. Vans really needs to step up their game when it comes to online orders.

Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst van 2 tshirts waarvan 1 tshirt is ontvangen. 3x contact moeten opnemen met de klantenservice van Vans en nog steeds geen oplossing!! De reacties van de chat zijn nikszeggend en ontwijkend. Hier kan ik echt helemaal niks mee. Ik wil mijn geld terug!

Disgusting customer service! So the moment I learned my PayPal account got scammed I called customer service to cancel the order. They were rude and unhelpful, told me I can not cancel order because it has been processed even though it's only been a few hours. A couple days later I got an email from them that "my not so my order" has been shipped)). The best part about it they’re not getting paid for it. I contacted PayPal and they told me right away they knew that order was a scam so they’re not paying for it.

Ich habe eine Retoure angemeldet über Klarna, jedoch kam von Vans keine Antwort darauf, bezüglich des Rücksende-Etiketts oder der Rückerstattung.

Kundenservice. Bin in Bulgarien telefonisch gelandet und sprach mit einer Mitarbeiterin (Frau Alexandra), die kaum Deutsch verstand/sprach und mir nicht weiterhelfen konnte, obwohl eine Custom Bestellung fehlerhaft geliefert wurde. Die Fall Nr. ist hier die: 19889151.
Ich trage fast 40 Jahre Vans, aber ich werde hier nichts mehr kaufen.

I've visited several stores in South Korea and they've all been great. The sellers are always friendly, The prices even in high end area were discounted. I'd say the quality of shoes and accessories especially comparing to the price deserve 5 stars.
