I was out of town, and out of my juice! My order was shipped the same day I placed the order and I received it in a couple days. I had some questions about delivery that were expertly answered. Thanks for your help! Highly recommend!

I really appreciate doing business with people like yourselves, you go out of your way to make a customer feel like they matter to you. I may not use the vape forever but you have made my experience a good one.
Thanks:)

I got the vanilla mint 0mg from ur shop. I didnt realize the mint was going to be so strong. It completely overwhelms the vanilla. I thought it was gonna be more like a double mint gum flavor not kick u in the face harsh mint. I would of liked it if it was dialed back a bit.

I initial gave a bad review due to confusion on the email for customer support. I was upset I received the wrong order and never got a reply. I had emailed an old address but was contacted by the Owner on my old review. I am very happy now my order was corrected. I only order online due to distance of the stores from where I live in Ohio. They’re the only ones that sell my favorite juice no longer available near me. The juice is also cheaper here than the store I used to get it from in Ohio after taxes. They have very fast shipping. I have always received my orders within 2 days after the order date. Will continue to order from on a regular basis.

This is the best vape shop I’v EVER been to!! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and assist with anything I need - Manager is Top Flight! Much Respect for maintaining your business under legal ban!

never received my order I emailed about it and received no response
ceo responded and gave a refund plus sent a replacement order.

Fastest service and shipping around! Quick to respond and very friendly.

Always great service, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They carry Baker White E-Juice which is difficult to find. I recently placed an online order and was having some issues. One quick call and the issue was fixed. I highly recommend V-Escape. Renae

I entered the wrong address and they resolved it and shipped very next day.

Had the juice I wanted at a cheaper price.
