Always a positive experience and have shopped at Vapemate since I took up vaping

I’ve used Vapemate for many years now and I’m very impressed. Delivery is fast (only use the free one) products are great and the flavours are delicious. I’ve recommended Vapemate to many and they are as happy as I am. Thanks guys!

I have been a Vapemate customer for some time now and my regular purchase is the VM tobacco. I usually buy approx 14 bottles to get the free delivery option and it arrives in sufficient time.
I use Vapemate as it is slightly cheaper than my local vaping shop and they also do fantastic offers.
There is a very large selection of different flavours of liquid, I've just never been brave enough to try any than my regular flavour but the option is there.

fter many decades of cigarette smoking, a habit I couldn't break, I switched to vaping - no longer waking up and spending five minutes coughing, a cleaner taste in my mouth and breathing is a lot easier.

I have been using Vapemate for years and I recommend them to everyone I talk to about vaping. Their service is second to none and on the very rare occasion that I’ve had a problem they have dealt with it professionally and quickly.
The liquid are high quality and in my opinion better than in the shops on the High Street.
The only question I’ve ever had is why wouldn’t you use Vapemate it’s that simple

Regular customer for 4 years now - consistent products; great quality and service. Uber-fast delivery (only ever use the free option, and it’s a couple of days max)

I buy 20 bottles at a time usually, the flavour is the same across all, time after time, Peppermint Origins is the one.

If I’ve ever tried something not to my taste, a non-nonsense exchange has been offered for anything unopened.

I’ve tried many, but Vapemate are the leaders by far.

Well the delivery came on time the prices are grate the DIY e liquid kit is grate and the lemon Sherbet flavour is so dam nice I will definitely be using this store again.

Absolutely horrible mango freeze there was no mango flavour whatsoever.
Customer service non existing can't even respond to emails and even have the cheek to block my comments on Facebook.
I hope your taxes are up to date?

Ive shopped with Vapemate for a few years now. For the first time, I was accidently sent the incorrect vape kit which can happen to anyone especially during this difficult time. I contacted the company and they were super quick to sort out my order and get the correct kit out to me. Brilliant customer service, special thanks to Sophie. A great shopping experience and I will keep coming back!

Awful company,poor customer service.Paid 4.95 £ for my order to receive it on Wednesday ...I am still waiting...Contacted the company ,thay ignored my messages.Will not buy again from them!Avoid!

The worst E liquid i have tried , got 5 flavours all made me feel sick , like vaping furniture polish , waste of £23 all thrown in bin

Long time customer, service is great when it works but apparently when it goes wrong you get screwed by their support staff.

Order ID 1000559481, I accidentally ordered the wrong coils as the description was quite confusing (Innokin T18 apparently doesn't fit in an Endura T18 II Vape Pen).
I informed them of my mistake and after having to argue the point I was offered not a cash refund but a refund via "rewards points".
I told them that this was acceptable and kindly requested they point me in the direction of the correct coils.

Checked my account today to find they had deleted my support case and refunded 23 of the points I spent on the order, I spent 221 points on this order in order to bring it's cost down to £9.77.
Apparently their support staff do not know how to use a calculator.
I was *not* told where the correct replacement coils are.
Very disappointed.

The 'one and only' company I will use for my vaping liquids, coils, hardware etc. Fantastic service, superfast delivery.

Brilliant site, really good juice which is their own brands. Really good customer support with a problem I had with one of my orders and was resolved very quickly. Highly recommend
