Vapeology first opened in 2014 by owner Matthew Abercrombie. His mission was to find an alternative to smoking and to help as many people as possible quit by switching to vaping. In the early days, the media gave it a bad name, but as more testing by physicians has come about, like the Royal College of Physicians and being endorsed by the NHS, Vaping has come a long way in being the best cessation for quitting smoking. Vapeology has expanded massively, and due to customer support, we moved to a bigger store in 2019. We pride ourselves on our customer service and wouldn't be where we are today without our customers. The reviews we receive are truly heartwarming and fuel us to better ourselves every day. Thank you for all the reviews and support along the way. The vapeology family is forever growing.

Best in Ashford. 5star shop

Can't praise them enough. Very understanding and helpful. Every time I visit always greeted as an important customer even if I spending £5 or £100. No pushy sales blah blah just professional advice. Great staff, nice well stocked shop. Highly recommend. 👍

Professional and really good staff

Professional and really good staff , excellent service , guys overe there know what they do and even if they are missing anything on shelf they willing to go to back room to look for it . Will be back there anytime I'm in Ashford

I wasn't happy that my order arrived a day late, I ordered before 12 and expected ne t day delivery. This didn't happen.

Thank you for your review, Neil. I apologise for the bad experience with your delivery. Unfortunately, we can't control what happens with deliveries once they're handed to the delivery company.
But I will happily refund the cost of next-day shipping for the inconvenience.
i know this wont fix the issue but i hope it helps.

Amazing company, went above and beyond to help me get the vape juice and coils i wanted.
I really can't recommend these people high enough.
Very professional and customer focused from start to finish and I really appreciate the gift for the inconvenience even though it was out of the stores control.
Very helpful and stress free experience from beginning to end, fast shipping too..Thank you

Great customer service

Great customer service (they rang to check when I accidentally ordered the same thing twice) and the products were excellent too.
