Ordered myself a few vapes, all faulty, made a 2nd order which the delivery company left in a non secure location and got stolen. Vape suite didnât resolve my issue with a replacement or refund and ignored my messages and emails. Definitely not ordering here again

No liquids, no refund, only scamming
I ordered 2 liquids, after work I found messages from them on WhatsApp sending photos of the liquids they sent as they didnât have what I ordered, both being different ones. I asked them to give me a refund but wouldnât as they already shipped, asking me to organise return. I refused it at delivery, sent them proof asking for a refund. They have been hardly responding since, promising the refund that seemingly never going to happen. I ended up having to dispute it with my bank as they keep reading my messages but wonât reply. Scammers at best
