Hi Patrick,

I'm sorry to hear that. It is unusual for so many vapes to be defective across multiple flavours. I have asked our Customer Service team to email you to see if they can rectify this for you and get the required information necessary to feedback to the manufacturer in case it is a manufacturing error.

Thank you for the great review. We try t o make sure our orders are turned around as quickly as possible. We don't have any more of the Elf Bar Mate pods currently. You can set up a notification so you receive an email when we get new stock in.

Hi Mustaq,

Thank you for the feedback. To discontinue the 3 for £15 deal on the Hexa pods was not a decision we took lightly. Hexa have increased their prices and to keep selling it at that price would have not been economically viable for us. Eventually it would have come down to a choice between taking it out of the deal or to stop stocking Hexa. We appreciate your loyalty up to this point and hope you can understand and continue to be our customer . We do try where we can to reward customer loyalty and as you know have a loyalty points scheme and where we can include free gifts. We will continue to offer a wide range of products at compettive prices to the best of our ability in a challenging market. Hopefully we will see you again but if not thank you again for your previous purchases.

Their may well be slight delays with courier services this week as they work through the Easter backlog so your order may just be slightly delayed. Please contact us so we can work to resolve this.

Thank you for the review. It is valuable to us as it allows us to address quality control issues that affect the stock we buy from our suppliers. Sadly there are occasionally manufacturing defects which are not visible until the product is received by the customer. I will email you so we can rectify the issue for you and get details of the faulty batches so we can feed back
