Great quality vapes and friendly staff.

They send an email saying item dispatched but contacted Royal mail a they said it’s only a postage label an no item has been dispatched. Tried to call no reply emailed no reply

Good selection of vapes and good delivery however their customer service is appalling, 4 emails sent over the past 3 months and no one has bothered to reply to me, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

No it wasn't the incorrect email address, vapourvape at hotmail dot com, is the address on your website and the address I had been speaking to Emma and Ashley, the phone number never connects either.
I also earned rewards to the value of £30, but after trying to redeem these time and time again I was then told by Ashley they had stopped this reward programme and were not willing to honour my rewards despite earning them during the time their reward programme was active.

The vape i ordered was discontinued, so vapor vape chose a vape for me & it is perfect. Great delivery service, Will definitely use your website again. Once again thank you

Terrible customer service, waited nearly 3 weeks for refund , between mixed up orders missing orders and now faulty product, never again will i use this company

Shame to see they have put the price up on delivery to £4.50 which to me seems pretty steep otherwise can’t fault them other than the fact a faulty disposable was sent out and was told I’d have to return it which would have cost me money when I have ordered a lot from these guys I thought a little vape wouldn’t be too much to ask for replacing

I recently had a fantastic experience shopping with Vapourvape. The selection was impressive and great customer service. Quality of the vapour exceeded my expectations.

I placed an order with them, it came next day (which was free) unfortunately some of the pods did leak (these things happen) but I spoke with them and they were very helpful even though he was away on a business trip and resolved the issue.
The disposable Lost Temple device lasted just over a month which is really good for one of them.
