Ordered, been ten days and it hasn’t been sent out, no replies to emails or no one answered the phone, had to go through my bank to get this refunded, this has gone downhill

Order stated 1-2 working days and the items were only sent out 4-5 workings days. Email was sent to customer services to see when they will be arriving and no response. At least I did get my items b... もっと見る
Ordered 28/8/26 obviously had confirmation of my order tried emailing them ringing an message on the email an numbers provided no answer I’m guessing I’m never seeing what I’ve bought

Give them a miss.
Ordered from these guys on the Wednesday and paid extra for next day delivery. They didn't ship until the Friday after I chased them. Communication has been poor. I would stay away from these guys.

Outstanding Service from VapourVape
Ordered from VapourVape for the first time on Monday and what a fantastic service they offer. Very easy to use website. Everything is explained very clearly and the service received was just fantastic! Great list of items in stock and deliver the very next day. You cannot ask for any better than these guys! My new go to Vape shop!

Geekvape Obelisk faulty screen
Purchased a geekvape obelisk in February of this year 23/2/23..didn’t open it till early may,started using it for couple of weeks…the screen went blank…forever!because of their useless 30day returns policy they won’t replace the mod,my fault I suppose,I should have used it straight away so it would be replaceable,oh well

What a superstar
What a superstar. Ordered picked up by DPD, DPD messed up on tracking 4 days later DPD stating "haven't received parcel" messaged vapour vape on messenger and they resent.Two parcels arrived today, so refunded for one, but what a great customer service :)

Love vapour vape. My go to shop for vape juice. Always a speedy delivery, dispatched that day if ordered in time and received the next. Double/triple bagged. If there's no stock of an item Ash will give you a call and arrange alternative/refund. A refund didn't go through on one item that was out of stock, chucked enough nic juice in the next delivery FOC. Ace small outfit company with personal touch

Superb customer service
This vendor has fast delivery and great customer service. I received the wrong pod size for part of my order, so emailed customer service and got a response from Ashley who apologised and sent out the correct pods, which I received the next day. I highly recommend this seller of vape products
