die Lampe war zum Glück gut verpackt, denn die Lieferung wurde nicht so sanft behandelt. Alles war vollständig und funktioniert einwandfrei.

Schöne Kroneleuchte

Sehr schöne Lampe, die als Blickfang den Raum perfekt ergänzt. Leider waren einige Glaselemente im Gewinde ausgebrochen: vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Ersatz planen.

Rápidos, serios y muy amables. Compré una lámpara y me la enviaron rápido y en perfecto estado. Rompí un globo al instalarla y me facilitaron otro enseguida y cobrándome solo los gastos de envío por el. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

I am sometimes nervous about buying online but I just wanted to take the time to say the following.
The product was as described, arrived on time and was superb quality. So elegant and a focal part of the room.
The customer service was sensational when I required a clarification. I was answered promptly, and my request was even followed up later to check all was well. In this day and age customer service is often overlooked- not with this supplier! I would highly recommend the company and will absolutely be buying again from them.

Vaxlamp was very responsive and friendly. The part I ordered wasn't what was in the description and they were willing to find a way to resolve. I am very impressed with their customer service.

Design and communication

Horrible experience! Not only did they have necessary parts missing AND it was dented...but they made me pay $200 to return it. Do NOT buy from them!

Zeer goede service van Vaxlamp, maar spijtig dat de verzending met UPS zeer slecht is gegaan! Slechte communicatie,slechte administratie,….! ( douane kosten gingen ze twee keer aanrekenen! Ik kon gelukkig bewijzen dat het al betaald was!)

Jättebra service! Har aldrig tidigare fått hjälp så snabbt och smidigt som från dem. Var första gången jag beställde från vaxlamp men jag kommer säkert beställa fler lampor därifrån.

Honest, responsive and helpful company. Note that VAXLAMP is not a manufacturer, but a distributor so the quality can vary. But since VAXLAMP is helpful, it is worth spending extra money on a lamp rather than dealing with the source.

Looked at many of these Ostrich feather floor lamps, so glad decided to opt for the Vax Lamp one.
Great customer services from Cathy and Aileen, answered questions before I ordered.
Ordered 170cm luxury with white feathers. Went for the more upright one, opposed to the one that branches slightly more to the side.
Arrived in two weeks from China, well packaged. Did come with lightbulbs , but decided to change them for large white globe ones, so look like eggs..

The lights I purchased look beautiful on my paneled bedroom wall. The only thing I didn't like was that it took too long to get to me. I waited 2 weeks to receive the item.
