Hallo Sergio, deze lamp heeft bedrading nodig. U heeft voor of na uw bestelling geen contact met ons opgenomen om een ​​verlengsnoer aan te vragen voor aansluiting op de stekker. Keine Beschreibung fÃŒr das Zusammensetzen der Lampe( bzw. nur eine schwarz/weiß Kopie bei farbigen DrÀhten) selbst nach mehreren É-Mails mit Bildern war der Anschluss nur ÃŒber einen Elektriker möglich. Die Lampe selber war gut und funktioniert einwandfrei.

Vaxlamp did not work

The ordering process on the 72" bar light worked well, with quite prompt delivery. I had a professional electrician install the light, but it does not work. The electrician thinks the driver is faulty. It is not worth sending it back to China so I count it as my loss.

Hi Per, your order was placed on July 14th and sent out on July 17th. Since it was shipped via the tax-prepaid channel, the customs clearance and transportation took a little longer. It was not compatible with our swedish


It was not compatible with our swedish electric system.I had to rebuild it and discard most of the lamp before I could use it.

Good company to work with.

I purchased a lamp from Vaxlamp that I thought I would love, but when it arrived it wasn’t what I wanted and there were some defects. While initially there was some back and forth, they ultimately did the right thing and issued a full refund. It seems to be a good company that values doing right by its customers.

My house cought fire

My house cought fire . Because of a known fault the VAX refuse to sort out . Which is the filter when clogged over heats burn s the contents of what was hoover causing it to catch fire. some house fire have been a direct result of vax hoover s . Please report them if have one if smell burning or sparks stop using it and dispose of or take back for refund don't except an exchange. I brought mine over a year ago lost receipt. They mugged me off basically I m going legal . VAX don't reach out . You did nt even have the decency to ring even know I was promised a call from manger . They try to ignore you . Hoping problem will go away . You can sue thought no win no fee solicitor s .
