After I dropped my order, I've got an email telling me that my order has been registrerd. Since then I did not hear from them, untill my package was delivered one week later.
The delivery was nicely wrapped and my package arrived in a impeccable state. However, it would have been nice if I could have gotten some news about my package in the week between ordering and delivering.

First off I had to contact them because the status of my order was not changing several days after i ordered my item, at that point they told me that there had been a problem with the funds from my credit card, so after that was taken care of the item shipped. After several days of tracking my package it stopped giving me any information about the location of my package, so I contacted them again to see if they could possible track the package from their end, they wrote me back and stated that its the US post office and i should contact them. I contacted the Post office and atarted an investigation, and then 2 days later the package arrived.
I opened the package and I had ordered the Swarovski Star Candle holder article #119430 which list the dimensions as 11.5 x 13.9 cm when i opened the item i knew immediately this was not the size of the item which only measured 9cm, i contaced Vcrystals and explained the size difference and they told me that they do not check the items and that this is the fault of Swarovski. I never contacted them again for a refund, because i know that they would have been unwilling to do anything based on the experiences so far, so if you order from them I would advise BE CAREFUL, you mayh not get what you paid for. unfortunately 0 stars was not an option

Everything arrived safely and quickly and was exactly what we ordered. I was a bit worried because I ordered a vase and was worried about it breaking. Vcrystals responded to my emails quickly and made sure it was all packaged safely and everything arrived in one piece. I have shopped here a few times now and I have always been very happy!

All has gone great. Was looking for these earrings for my wedding day and were exhausted in Spain. Very fast delivery and item authentic and quality!

First of all, they had an item that I had trouble finding elsewhere. Plus, they had two in stock...one for me and one as a gift for a friend of mine! Placing my order, making my payment, and tracking my shipment were all handled very efficiently. I would not hesitate to do business with VCrystals in the future.

I purchased a Swarovski ring that was released approximately two years ago. I really wanted the ring and VCrystals was the only website where I could find it. I live in New York, United States and received the ring in two weeks. It arrived much faster than I expected. The ring arrived in its box. The only thing missing was the outer cover to the box. So, the outer paper box was missing. The missing paper box is the only reason why I gave 4 stars. However, I do plan on purchasing from Vcrystals again. I hope that with the next purchase I will be able to give 5 stars. I will say that purchasing from Vcrystals was easy. I had no problems with transaction or shipment. I also felt comfortable purchasing from Vcrystals due to all of the positive reviews.

Hello all, I had no hesitation to place a order for retired Swarovski Crystal Paperweights. It arrived perfect as described and very fast to USA.

Service was excellent and delivery time excellen,t but I did not receive the item that I
had ordered, I had ordered by number that I got from Swarovski 626851 and that was the number that was on the internet but the item was different, still a present box but different shape and extra things on it that I really did not want, unfortunately I needed for a party so had to accept the one that I was sent, very disappointed.

I was a little leery of using them, but they came through very quickly with the item I needed. I will use them again.
