Vcrystals has a very user friendly website. Products are unusual and very reasonalbly price. Located items (swarovski snow woman and child ) easily price very reasonble checkout quick and efficient. Delivery of goods arrived sooner than stated which was exceptional service as it was the christmas week and did not expect goods unitl after.Would certainly buy from vcrytals again especially for presents for a loved one.

I ordered swarovski, but vcrystals.com send me message about out of stock. The next day wrote me message to buy another goods in the same value. I answered I need exactly the swarovski koalas and they tried to get one. Next week a receive package from Greece with ordered goods. Really nice job.

I had previously wanted to buy a specific necklace as a gift I saw last year, however the shops range had moved on and it was no longer available. After much searching I found this website, and admittedly cautious at first have been nothing more than impressed with their service.

Considering the company is based in Greece the package did not take long to arrive, approx just over one week, which given the circumstances is not bad at all.

The item was reasonably well packaged and just the fact it had arrived in time for Christmas was fantastic. I was also really happy with the necklace and I think the recipient will absolutely love it.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has any reservations and I would definitely use again in the future.

Found a necklace I wanted to get my partner for Christmas and found one a whole £10 cheaper on VCrystals. Brilliant purchase and came quickly with very reasonable P&P.

My purchase was arriving from Greece to the US. It had been a couple of weeks and I had not received my item and was unable to track it. I contacted Vcrystals via email. They contacted me back quickly after tracking my item down. It was at my post office. The mail carrier did not leave a notification that the item was at the post office and would need to be signed for. Thanks Vcrystal! And the item I purchased is beautiful!
