Ordering online wasn't the problem it was once you pressed to pay and had to fill out the online form that it took several attempts to fill out certain fields especially when purchasing as a business. That failed, so had to fill the fields out as Private. When we were having so much trouble we tried ringing, the automated voice indicated this and that and then the line went dead, SEVERAL TIMES. Tried the chat bot, absolutely useless ! It was the worst experience using this website. Now we await the order.

I placed an order on Thursday the 27th of June. I then looked at trust pilot reviews (wrong way round I know) Inoticed the company was not based in the uk but in the Netherlands. This concerned me and I contacted the company to cancel my order as I preferred to deal with a UK based company. I was unable to cancel but was assured by Robbie den Daas that all was being processed and my shipment would arrive in 3 working days.
What can I say, the order arrived on the following Tuesday (at 7.30am) as Robbie said. All present and correct. Despite my initial concerns which turned out to be unfounded I can highly recommend Ventilationland. Thank you for the great service I will certainly order again

I had a really refreshing and amazing customer service experience with Sarah from Ventilation Land. I ordered the wrong product by mistake but only realised after the official returns period. I ordered a replacement and Sarah welcomed the return of the wrong one and even provided a free shipping label. When DPD then seemingly lost the package and it was delayed for many weeks getting back to Ventilation Land, Sarah reassured me that they would sort it out their end and that is exactly what happened. I now have the right product and a refund for the old. Fantastic post sale support and communications. Clearly a very honourable and trustworthy company. Thank you Sarah and team.

The delivery got held up, however I got a prompt response via WhatsApp once I complained and products were delivered a few days after that.
If you need something quickly in the UK I wouldn't risk this company, but otherwise good - fab product and problems dealt with professionally 👌
