Excellent job
I had three replacement sashes fitted into existing frames. Site visits for quotation and measurement were efficiently done. There was quite a long lead time from ordering to installation, but this was fine for my situation. The company accommodated a last minute request for a change in design. Installation by Dave and James was faultless. They were tidy, efficient and courteous. New sashes are a big improvement on the old, blown draughty ones.

Completely satisfied with Ventrolla
Completely satisfied with Ventrolla, refurbished my original 1820s sashes back to full working order and structural integrity. Great experience from start to finish, completely understood the brief and on-board with retaining as much of the original material as possible whilst getting all sashes unstuck and properly draught-proofed. No pressure to replace windows which I had been quoted for elsewhere.
Most importantly, Justin did a fantastic job when it came to the refurbishment. Careful work, happy to explain and discuss as he was going along and gave me lots of tips for decorating the windows once I get to that stage. Also maximum effort to keep mess under control and make sure rooms were usable between days on separate windows.
If you want your windows refurbished and the whole process to be smooth and confidence inspiring, I canât recommend Ventrolla enough.

I had 4 single glazed windows replaced with Ventrolla timber sash and case double glazing. My experience from start to finish was seamless. Mark came out to do the estimates for the work. He kept me fully informed from the start to the installation date and all my queries were answered promptly. Paul and John replaced the windows. Thorough renovation of sash windows on Grade II listed property
We were limited in what we were able to do to our sash windows due to Grade II listing. But our installer Justin did a very thorough repair and renovation. Every window now opens smoothly and easily and as an unexpected benefit the exterior noise is significantly reduced by the draughtproofing system (we were told this would be the case but still had not really expected it!).
Inevitably there is some dust created by the process, but Justin was very tidy and cleaned up each room after he had finished.
The only downsides of the Ventrolla is a long lead time and that the windows are only primed as part of the process, so you need to organise painting separately.
Overall we were very happy and would recommend Ventrolla if you want a thorough job.
