Ventrolla are excellent in every way
Ventrolla are excellent in every way! From start to finish everyone involved has been efficient, very helpful & professional. We had Ventrolla windows installed in a previous house in Edinburgh too. Hayley & Diane in the Lockerbie office are wonderful & the fabulous teams we had working at our home were John & Paul recently (& previously it was Alan & Kevin). The windows are beautifully crafted & look perfect in our Listed property. Thank you to all at Ventrolla. We highly recommend this company.

We are absolutely delighted to hear that you have had such a positive experience with us, both in your previous Edinburgh home and now again. It really means a great deal that you chose Ventrolla for a second time.
Hayley and Diane will be so pleased to hear your kind words, as will John and Paul, and of course Alan and Kevin.

Scottish team
Hello. We are currently in the process of having our new windows installed by Paul, Steve and Stuart from your Scottish branch. So far everything has far exceeded our expectations. The windows are beautiful and Paul and the team are an absolute credit to Ventrolla. Polite, helpful and very skilled at what they do. They have been working so hard in what can only be described as torrential weather without complaint. We couldn't be happier.
They are back next week to complete the installation of the new frames and to refurbish the rest. I am so looking forward to seeing the completed job.
I won't hesitate to recommend Ventrolla in the future.

Great service and very pleased with the end results.
Had an initial hiccup with the agreed start date but Steve the area manager immediately took ownership of the situation and made sure the job was completed as expected which was very much appreciated.
Paul (installer/joiner) was excellent. Completed the job on time with minimal mess and what there was, cleaned it all up for he left.

Returning customer. Great service. I'll be back again.
I am in the process of (slowly )restoring or replacing all the sash and case windows in my home with double glazing. It's in a conservation area and so the finish and design need to match the originals. Ventrolla have provided an excellent service from start to finish. This is the second time we have entrusted them with the task.
The most recent installations were carried out by Allan and Lindsay. They were considerate, careful, professional and cleaned up carefully after they finished. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

Ventrolla restoration of old sash windows
The communication from the office from Zoe and Dan was very timely and clear.
The work done on the old sash windows by Carl was outstanding and by Adam also. There were some rotten areas which were expertly and carefully restored and replaced. The duo cleaned up thoroughly after what was a really messy job. Really delighted with the windows revamp

First Class Job
Jack Bellerby was effective in managing the project from start to finish, communicating well. Justin Murray is an excellent fitter, thoughtful, careful, tidy, completing a first class job.
Only four stars as two of the windows were measured incorrectly and we had to wait for them to be remade, however this was executed promptly and the final result is superb.

Many thanks to Ventrolla for helping us
Many thanks to Ventrolla for helping us to deal with Conservation and Planning requests in a patient and informative manner. You went the extra mile to assist our paperwork seeking approval. Thanks also for bearing with us over a long period awaiting official Approval.
Once this was granted, we got a date for the actual work and
Andy S, Scott and Paul turned up on site to replace and repair our large windows over the course of a week. These guys are polite, and thorough and they know their jobs! Everything was executed in a calm and professional manner and the inside and outside of the house was pristine after they left.
Thanks for helping to make a potentially stressful time as calm and short lived a trial as possible. It was appreciated and now we get more light and less breeze through our lovely looking windows!
