Lovely unique piece of furniture from Verty. The corner TV unit looks slightly retro & fits perfectly. It has colour variations which add to its charm.
A great piece of furniture, quirky & individual.
It took a little while for it to be ready for delivery but the company replied quicky to my enquiry email.
On the day, I'd arranged for an early
delivery (between 6-9am) due to work.
I asked for an early one if poss & it arrived at 6 am. Perfect time to suit.

Ordered online with absolute ease and delivery was made about four days later! Someone actually called to a couple of days beforehand to confirm the delivery. Great product too. Fantastic quality and looks great. Very pleased indeed.

The customer service from Su and the team was second to none. I ordered a beautiful bookcase via B&Q and they didn’t give me an option to upgrade delivery. It’s a 50kg item but Su arranged for delivery to the room for an extra £20 to cover insurance.
The brilliant courier (I didn’t catch their name - so sorry!) did a magnificent job. The bookcase looks amazing and work every penny.

Shocking customer service, I bought a lamp via The Range from this company the lamp was faulty, I called their helpline for advise and was spoken to in the most patronising and condescending way! The man I spoke to made it sound like I didn't know how to screw in a light bulb (turns out they are telling people the wrong size bulb) after numerous emails they sent a replacement out, they said they would call to arrange the exchange, I asked them to email me as I can't always answer my phone they called, so called back only to be told in a very curt manner wait for the voicemail! I don't have a voicemail so called back again to be patronised again and to be told the driver would set the lamp up and it would have a bulb in it! The whole experience was awful and would not recommend buying anything from this company.

In response to your comments, I did not refuse to give my details so this is a false statement! I work in a contact centre so understand the importance of going through DPA, I gave the agent my name and he said to listen to the voice mail, how would he know who I was if I hadn’t given him my name. It is the patronising manner of the agent I first spoke to that was shocking and who I spoke to again to sort collection/swapping the original lamp. I spoke to a lady who was helpful and understanding in as well as the person on email. I did send you emails, to chase the replacement lamp. It was your choice to send your own driver to swap the lamp, this was not a request made by me. I am happy with the resolution and did contact to to tell you about the incorrect bulb size on your website (which is still incorrect 14/2/23). Again it was the manner of the agent who I spoke to that I have the issue with. It was awful.

Really happy with our industrial metal sideboard unit. Great quality for a good price. Absolutely solid piece of furniture.

Thought we would have to wait 10 days for delivery but nicely suprised to receive a call from the delivery company asking of they could deliver the day after ordering, because they were in the area. Furniture arrived and we love it. Just what we wanted.

Ordered two identical side tables (Dakota Dark Mango H Table) through The Range (Range+ partner Verty furniture who are also the same company as Indian Hub) - one week apart. Second table arrived damaged. It was then replaced by a poor quality table that was a completely different colour and half the weight of the original one. This was rejected the day it was received.
Had an absolute nightmare from start to finish in trying to get this replaced and then then refunded. Had to make a formal complaint to the range as they would not even provide me with a returns address. When I eventually got the returns address and returned the table they failed to refund me. They failed to respond in any way to my numerous communications. I was only able to get my money back after raising a dispute with PayPal and then PayPal awarded in my favour.
I would never ever purchase from this group of companies again. The customer service is shockingly bad from both the range and Verty furniture (indian hub) and they do not refund you when goods are returned.
They deliver items at a completely unreasonable time as well. Our delivery arrived at 5.50am which really added insult to the whole experience with these companies.
We then tried to order the same table through a different company- 4Living furniture - whom we thought would use a different supplier. Unfortunately they did not and we had a call from Indian Hub - who were providing the goods for 4Living furniture - advising delivery scheduled between 6am and 9am. We then had an email stating as we had purchased and returned goods from that supplier before we would not be able to arrange for its return if there was anything wrong with it. We immediately cancelled our order as we did not want to take the risk of another poor quality table arriving. 4Living furniture were very good with their customer service and they refunded us immediately without any issues.

Excellent service! We ordered the tv unit on bank holiday Monday, and it arrived first thing Wednesday morning, so within two days. Excellent quality product, we’re really pleased with it. Very glad we found the website.

I ordered a leather stool online from 'The Range'.

On the Range website the product was part of 'Range +', which means that the product is provided by a third-party. In this instance, Verty Furniture. The email receipt that I received from the Range states that the product is:

Sold and shipped by C VERTY FURNITURE LTD, cannot be returned to our stores

When I received the item there were 3 burn marks on the leather and also a large scuff mark.

I can't believe that this came directly from the manufacturer in this condition and so I can only assume that it has been previously damaged and returned and they have sent it out to me without any quality control.

I rang the Range and was on hold for about an hour and a half (not an exaggeration). I nearly gave up, but I finally got through to someone. They told me that they had received the images that I had sent of the damaged product but the case would have to be handed to their team that deals with Range + items. They would then get back to me in under 3 working days.

I received a mail on the third day after my initial complaint but all it said was that they'd take it up with their third-party supplier.

On the same day, I received a call from a very nice representative of Verty Furniture.

She is arranging for a return label to be provided and is arranging the return pick-up as well.

The Range are responsible for the refund as I bought it from their website and I have heard nothing from them on this.

The representative of Verty Furniture said that the package did not come from them but from another company called Indian Hub. After a conversation about Verty and Indian Hub I now understand that Verty are the parent company of Indian Hub.

Verty sell directly to the public but Indian Hub, a subsidiary of Verty, sell to the public via a third-party, such as the Range.

The Range stated very clearly on the receipt that the product was sold and shipped by Verty. In addition, the label on the package that I received said that the package came from VERTY FURNITURE (INDIAN HUB), and the address on the label was 12 A Earlstrees Road, Corby, which is the head office of both Verty and Indian Hub, as confirmed by both companies on their respective web sites.

As the Range specified that the product was sold and shipped by Verty and the label on the package that I received said that it came from Verty, I will not be removing the review.

If Verty say that this has nothing to do with them, I'd ask:
1. How are they arranging a return of a product that they did not sell or ship?
2. Whey are the Range saying that the product is sold and shipped by Verty?
3. Why did the label on the box say that the package came from Verty Furniture (Indian Hub)?
