Via Croatia レビュー

My husband and I recently returned from the most amazing and memorable two-week trip in Croatia. Ivana with Via Tours-Croatia provided top-notch, flawless service every step of the way. She was available at all hours-night and day with excellent insight and recommendations at each of the destinations-across the spectrum. Via Tours-Croatia did an outstanding job creating an itinerary with a mix of cities and beach towns and incredible excursions and accommodations. This truly provided a complete picture, traveling through gorgeous Croatia. We could not recommend Via Tours-Croatia and Ivana more highly. As a reference we traveled to (in order): Dubrovnik, Hvar, Zadar, Plitvička Jezera,Zagreb).

Via tours did an excellent job of helping us with all our needs while visiting a new country. the transporters and sightseeing reps were absolutely fabulous. We will definitely use their services again when we return to Croatia!!!

Via Croatia did an incredible job planning and executing our trip. Ivana and her team taylored our experience to fit our family perfectly. Every detail, from hotels, tours, excursions, to amazing restaurants, were taken care of beginning to end. Highly recommend!

Via Tours was excellent! They put together an amazing vacation for us and provided recommendations throughout our stay. Their communication was fantastic as well. They truly made our trip even more enjoyable. I've already recommended them to friends planning a vacation next year!

The communication was outstanding. They really worked with me on pricing until it was satisfactory to all. Hotel choices were wonderful and tours and tour guides top notch. The service was most excellent.

This was the first time I used Via Tours Croatia, and I am very satisfied with the whole process, Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner, very well done, I will definitely use this company again and refer them to my fellow Travel Agent friends. I just had clients return from the trip we planned, and they reported that everything was perfect, they couldn't have asked for a better trip. Thank you!

Via tours made our Croatian vacation the trip of a lifetime! From the moment we landed in Zagreb to the last boat we took out of Dubrovnik Via tours had us covered every step of the way. Our hotels, excursions and transportation were planned with perfection to our specifications. The " guides " we met were not only personable but very knowledgeable with " spot on" recommendations. We absolute loved every minute in Croatia and are already making plans for our return trip!

They treated us very well. Our concierge checked up on us the whole trip and made sure we were okay. She was quick to answer any questions we had and was very reliable and helpful! I would reccomend this, especially for people taking a trip for the first time!

Our honeymoon in Croatia was absolutely amazing!! Traveling in a wheelchair can often be difficult and full of unknowns but Ivana and via tours made our whole experience absolutely wonderful and care free!! Everyone was so accommodating to my husbands needs and helpful every step of the way!! It was the trip of a lifetime and we can't wait to go back!!

My clients just returned from a wonderful FIT of the Dalmatian Coast. They said the tour was just "out of this world"! Planning the trip with Zvonimir was a great experience, he answered all of my questions and gave me great recommendations All services, hotels, transfers and tours were perfect! I look forward to working with them again!

My wife and I had a magical tour across 4 Balkan countries over 9 days arranged by Via Tours Croatia who organized everything and took care of every detail -and included a few nice surprises along the way (a couples massage in Budva, a boat ride on Lake Ohrid among others!). Paula was super and checked in on us daily and was always helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this tour company and the tour we took as we had an amazing time!

my first time booking with Via-Croatia and it certainly won't be the last. A very quick response and turn around time for FIT quote. good communications throughout the booking process. Thank you. Lisa at Personal Travel Management Ltd.

I cannot recommend Via Tours enough to anyone who is looking to travel through Croatia and Montenegro. They put together the trip of a lifetime. We spent eight days traveling through Croatia starting in Dubrovnik and working our way north every 1-2 days including stops in Hvar, Zadar, Split, Plitvicka Jezera and finally Porec. All of our arranged transportation was clean and on time. Our itinerary was well thought out, timed perfectly and showcased the best of Croatia. All of our tour guides were very knowledgeable and each shared a passion for their respective city. Every hotel that was chosen for us was clean, beautiful and had top level service.
But more importantly than all of that is the level of service Via Croatia gave us while we were there, specifically our contact person, Ivana. I had texted her a couple dozen times during our trip and never had to wait more than five minutes for a response, including Saturday night. When I learned, late on a Sunday night, that our American travel agent failed to book our water transportation from Porec to Venice, and the boat was completely sold out, I texted Ivana in a panic. Within twenty minutes she had arranged car transportation for us to Venice. That is service!
While traveling in a foreign country for the first time there is nothing like the comfort of knowing you have someone who will respond immediately and take care of any hiccups along the way.
I later learned that Via Croatia is a family run business which makes sense because they made me feel like my family was a part of theirs.

I am a travel consultant in NY, and I've now done three client trips with Via Tours Croatia, of varying length and budget. Zvonimir and everyone that Via Tours works with, is a consummate professional. We will always trust them with our Croatia business.

We went for a family holiday ..very well planned and meticulously laid out itenary by Via tours....,well organised, perfectly well timed ..amazing transport arrangements, courteous drivers and very comfortable and picturesque hotels suggested for stay..knowledgable and interested guides took us around...we thouroughly enjoyed our trip and were fully satisfied ...A lovely tour company we could trust and are thankful to...

My daughter and I had a fabulous trip. Via Tours took great care of us and everything went smoothly. Ivana was there to help if we needed anything so we also had piece of mind knowing there was someone around if necessary. I'd definitely recommend them and would happily use them again. Thanks for a great trip!

The guides were wonderful in every way. The hotels provided were well located and exceeded the expectation. The use of time was just right....
enough to thoroughly enjoy each area and extra time to explore further if needed. The meals provided were terrific. Transportation vehicles were up to date and drivers were helpful, including the various boats. The drivers were very knowledgeable and able to save time and crowds by knowing all the local tricks. I would love to make another visit.

My clients just returned from a fabulous trip to Croatia

The booking procedure was easy , the email back times were very quick , and the clients had the best experience

I highly recommend this company

I still need to speak to my clients upon their return BUT I can say that from the moment that their flight departed from NYC Via Tours Croatia was on top of everything from making changes, to putting out any hiccups to making every little event become a reality for my honeymoon clients. Someone was always in touch with them. I will continue to refer Via Tours Croatia to my fellow travel counselors.
