Hopeless. My staff and I travelled a long distance to view a property which, when we arrived, was a building site and not inhabitable - not would it have been for a long time. Not that the company representative was there to greet us as arranged - so what a waste of our time, expense, and frustration. Shambolic.

Helen Hollow at Vickery Holman Truro has helped us negotiate a rent review where the tenant's agent was rather challenging. Helen handled it extremely well and with considerable professionalism and we've ended up with a very positive outcome without it becoming contentious. We'd highly recommend Helen.

Helen recently worked on some rent renewals for us. The tenants were particularly tricky and the whole process involved constant liasing and resulted in a hugely positive outcome.
She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to liaise on our behalf to resolve all the issues that arose. She kept us updated on progress at all times during and was quick to answer any questions that arose. She is incredibly efficient and very experienced in this area of work, not to mention kind, calm and very patient.
