Had it not been for my sister who works for an extremely huge law firm and encouraged me to call I don't know if I would have called. The phone experience was definitely WORTH it.

I owed taxes from 2016 that I could not pay for various reasons. My 2017 filing was coming up and I knew I would owe and could not pay those either. I called Victory with little to no expectations. I could not pay for an attorney and I only owed around $3000 which was probably too small an amount for them to worry about. Was I surprised!! I paid their small fee to research my situation (which was a little less than I pay my accountant to file) and they were very helpful. They made some suggestions that would help me out with a payment plan and suggested some changes that would eliminate the back taxes and fees, etc. I took their advice - they filed my 2017 taxes, got a refund that paid off my 2016 taxes, eliminated 2017 taxes, and getting my fees and penalties refunded. All of this for my original small fee which was less than what I would have paid an accountant just to file 2017. I would go back to Victory in a heartbeat if I were to have another problem.

From the minute I called Victory Tax Solutions I knew they cared about me and my issue. They took their time with me from the initial phone call and tailored that to how to help me. The attorney contacted me and took his time with me as well. Once they had all the information they needed, they made it convientent for me to submit my paperwork. After that they stayed in touch with me through the whole process and I’m not talking about automated emails, it was a personal phone call with updates. Thanks to Erick, Starla and Joshua I can now move on with my life. I first called Victory in 2014 Erick helped me get on an installment agreement. Then in January of 2017 the IRS quit withdrawing my payments.
I called Erick and by March we started the OIC process. The IRS just accepted my OIC now I feel like the world was just lifted off of my shoulders. WHAT A RELIEF!!!
The process was a long and sometimes frustrating one but with Victory you are in very professional capable and compassionate hands. I highly recommend VTS to deal with your tax needs.
