I just want to mention that I am satisfied with tax solutions, and I highly recommend it. Service it's been great so far.

Victory Tax solutions helped out in a fast and efficient manner. The personal were very helpful and spent time on the phone answering questions and explaining the process. There was no pressure and no sense that there was any time limit on my questions/ phone calls. Never thought I’d have a reason to give a testimonial. I decided that this was the least I could do.
Back in 2012, the IRS notified me that I owed over $77,000. Needless to say, I walked around for weeks with a knot in my stomach. Ever tried calling the IRS? Exactly. I received zero answers or assistance.
I finally took down an 800 number from a tv commercial. I called the next day. Victory Tax told me exactly what to send them. Within two weeks they called to say all is well and that I owe only $1,900.
I recently received notice from the IRS that I owe on my 2016 and 2018 taxes. I called Victory again. I just received a check for 826.01 from 2016 and a notice that I will be receiving 806.23 for 2017.
Initially, I thought Victory just handled the tax process after there was an issue. No, they do taxes right from the start.
So, this year they sent me a “tax organizer” in which I send all my documentation I.e. W-4s, 1099 etc. This can be done online or snail mail. I chose the good old fashioned snail mail. They even included a self addressed paid return Manila envelope!
Today they called to say that it’s been received and ready to ge e-filed. They were just keeping in touch to update me! Great customer service to go with the excellent results! I will NEVER use anyone else!

I have read all these great comments on how this place has gotten them out of a jam or payments lowered, interest fees dropped. BUT yet once I finished my payments to them I never heard from them again until the IRS took our income tax refund this year and I have emailed several people I have left messages I have even texted and yet no answers no response nothing just took our money and that was that. Asked for refund still havent heard nothing. I am totally upset with this company
