The built-in lighting, digital control panel, and shower options are really impressive for the price range.

I placed an order for a sauna with Vidalux on 22 January 2026 for £2,790, with an estimated delivery of mid–end February. Unfortunately, the entire experience since then has been disappointing.

The delivery was delayed by over a month with very limited proactive communication. I had to chase multiple times just to get basic updates, and responses were often vague (e.g. “2–3 weeks” without any confirmed dates). I cancelled the order on the 27th March and used a different company who made top quality saunas, using top quality equipment.

The most concerning part was the pricing. While waiting for my delayed order, I noticed the same sauna listed on their website for around £2,495. I verified this multiple times and even took screenshots. However, when I raised this with their support team, they denied any price change and later the website price was updated shortly after my enquiry.

I was then told the lower price was “VAT free” and would increase at checkout, which was not clearly explained on the product page. This felt misleading and not transparent, especially for a high-value purchase.

Overall, the experience lacked clarity, consistency, and customer care. Delays can happen, but clear communication and honesty are key and unfortunately, that was missing here.

I would advise others to be cautious and ensure all details (delivery timelines and pricing) are clearly confirmed before placing an order.

A good lead time for delivery for my 900x900 Pure Cabinet.
An easy installation with very good build instructions for any one with good DIY skills.
The actual build quality is very good with no silicone visible within the cabinet.
Would recommend this cabinet to anyone for quality and price.

A great quality sauna at a great price. I was concerned it may be difficult to assemble but it simply a few over centre clips (two per side) and it was built in less than an hour. It warms up quickly and eases my aches after my gym workouts. Thoroughly recommend.

Bought a 3 person infrared sauna from this company. It’s amazing! Customer service is 100%! They didn’t hesitate to help me when I hadn’t connected it properly! They even sent new bulbs free! Amazing sauna amazing customer service! I’ll defo buy my next one here!

I’ve had it over a year and we love it! Great after a run or just to destress with cold showers! If you’re thinking of buying……. Go for it! I wouldn’t be without one now! Easy to put up too!

Purchased recently the 2 person infrared sauna, it is fantastic! Reaches a great temperature and the position of heating means the heat is evenly distributed, I get a very good sweat. The quality of the wood is excellent. Highly recommend this, great for price too.

Easy to use and clear information.

Purchased a Vidalux 2 person premium infrared sauna.
Excellant delivery service arrived safely and arrived on the 9th of February on time.
Followed the online video to build it ourselves and found it reasonably easy to do with 2 people.
We are both very happy with quality and finish of our sauna.
We have been using it since the 11th of February all most every day. Would highly recommend this product and the excellent service received.

Compared to other brands we looked at, Vidalux offered much better pricing for similar features. Our hydro massage bath works beautifully and the jets are strong enough to really relax your back.

Bought an indoor infrared sauna. They price matched with Costco.
Overall great experience.

My shower cabin glass exploded for no reason at all , thankfully nobody was in it at the time , replacement panel took 20 weeks but they sent the wrong size and am still waiting for the correct panel since July 2025 I would strongly avoid this company

The service was excellent both on the phone and on the website which was very easy to get round. The sauna arrived on time with updates on time of arrival. The sauna is very easy to build and very simple connection. And works very well. Would highly recommend this company.

This sauna was an easy build to put together. Parts can be heavy i.e glass so you need 2 strong people to lift and move around. The heat output is great for me. Unfortunately one of the heat bulbs in the front facing heater came broken but they did send a replacement. He did send instructions on how to replace but It looks a bit fiddly for me to figure out and rather than break the new bulb I have left it until I can get an electrician to take a look. Although this means it is incomplete I wasnt too faffed about it as the heat out put is good enough for what I needed it for. I think i would have given it 5 stars if I didnt have the inconvenience of the damaged bulb but they are always on hand to respond to customers.

A very disappointing experience. Ordered the item that was showing as in stock. Paid additional for the express delivery, on top of the very high delivery charge. After 2 days, and no contact - messaged customer service. was advised that the item isnt actually in stock, and stock not expected until June. The item still shows as in stock on the website - so be very careful about believing what is shown.

Update following reply from Vidalux below:
If the item arrives in a reasonable time, and the refunds are fully processed as agreed - then I will update my review accordingly - however as it stands, only 50% of the agreed refund has been processed, and I still have no tracking details or confirmed delivery date.

Update 28 March. Item eventually arrived on the 23rd. Refund for next day delivery was eventually refunded - however the reply below is not fully accurate. Only the express delivery charge was refunded (they still charged approx £100 for delivery). Also the resolution was not proactive, it required me to contact them. It is also not accurate to say the issue was down to my location, as they themselves admitted it was a system issue that meant the order was not processed for over 2 days.
No issue with the item, works brilliantly. Changed to 4 stars / still not 5 due to the effort it took to get resolved,

Bought a 4 person full spectrum infra red sauna, exceeded all expectations, use it every day (only 2 months in) instructions were in lid instead of base so strughled assembling, but interactive customer service really efficient. 100% recommend for price, could pay 10x for similar product

Great price bracket that I really feel the product exceeds. Im a chronic eczema sufferer so along with general health benefits, im looking forward to seeing how consistent usage helps me.
