Easy to follow, prompt comunication

Great Service, Have used a few times now always quick and easy order process, quick dispatch and at a fair price. Totally recommend European motoring.

TCS Schweiz braucht 6-8 Tage.
Muss an einer TCS Stelle im Voraus bezahlt werden, erst dann wird die Vignette bestellt.
Von mir 25 KM.

Excellent service and quick delivery of Germany Green Clean Air sticker, didn’t have my V5 with me as on holiday and needed the sticker on return for trip to Germany.

Brilliantly simplified the process of getting a Swiss Vignette sticker when the official system and others kept trying to send me down the electronic version path!

Good communication, speedy delivery, and quick to answer queries.

Ordered a number of items, half the order was sent by email. Half was apparently posted, no tracking ever supplied. Refused to refund until they were returned which was impossible for me to achieve as previously stated they were never delivered. Asked me to wait longer in case they arrived (after I’d returned from the trip). Contacted after I’d given them their suggested wait period. No response, completely ignored and left me significantly out of pocket. Exceptionally poor customer service, happy to leave me footing the bill as they decided not to send recorded delivery. I’d never use them again and recommend others avoid.

na betaling digitaal vignet via kenteken kreeg Vignetics computerstoring (toegegeven door Vignetics) waardoor Oostenrijkse autoriteiten geen vignetregistratie konden zien. Gevolg: hoge boete. Vignetics wilde geen enkele verantwoordelijk dragen onttrok zich hieraan door aankoopbedrag van 14 euro na enkele maanden terug te betalen.

Ordered a CH vignette late Dec 23. Got an email saying that it has been shipped 02/01/24 with no tracking number or proof or posting. Sent an email asking for clues and to let them know that I will open a case with PayPal. Received a funny call asking me why I was threatening them to do so. Opened the case and got the refund immediately. Vignette still not received....... Stinks!

Great info over the phone, when checking that I was purchasing the correct vignette. Then purchased online and arrived next day.

Een makkelijkere manier om milieustickers te bestellen is er niet. Hapert de aflevering even dan wordt je vriendelijk te woord gestaan. En je kunt ook extra's zoals alcoholtesters simpel meebestellen.
