Since I have started needing to wear orthotics Vionic is my go to brand - it allows me to still wear nice trainers, sandals and shoes (and slippers!) whilst also being comfortable.

A pair of trainers I bought a few months ago and had worn only a few times developed a fault in them, and customer services was fantastic at dealing with this and sent me a replacement pair within a few days. Absolutely fantastic customer service and a great brand.

For understanding and giving the options if use the shoes can get a refund before a month unfortunately the shoes is not what I expect not a slip on

I ordered a pair of sandals in size 9, which were delivered in record time.
However, they were too small, my toes reaching the end of the sandal.
I then looked on the website and realised they are using continental/EU sizes.
I ordered a size 9, which should be a 43 but they are in fact a 42, a continental size.
I also wanted/needed comfort for my feet, so I ordered the footbed sandals.
There was no soft 'bedding' on the sandal but instead hard and rigid plastic, which, even with the brief moment of trying on the sandal, I realised, even if they would have fit, would have been very uncomfortable.
I went to returns on the website and all was quick. However, it was too quick as I mistakenly pressed print home label, when I wanted to print in the EVRI shop
I tried to phone customer service multiple times but within a minute, it would disconnect.
I then sent an email explaining I had clicked the incorrect box for self printing and would they please send a QR code for shop printing.
It took them 3 days to get back to me and they did apologise but failed to send a QR code, in fact no mention from their end, nor no attachment.
I ended up going to the local library to print out there
I definitely would not buy from them again, nor recommend them to anyone else.
Appalling customer service!

Had what I thought were a faulty pair of toe post sandals, raised a complaint and was initially informed that it was due to wear and tear, which was not the case. Had to request that the matter was further looked into and eventually a refund was agreed. So happy with eventual outcome.

The company couldn’t provide any information on availability of their own products or when they are likely have any stock. It cannot be pre ordered or reserved either, which is neither helpful nor professional. The items haven’t been in stock for many months and they have no idea when they will be available if ever. ☹️

I have worn the wonderful Vionic toe post sandals for many years. However this year I ordered 2 pairs of trainers and everything went wrong. Not delivered on time in spite of the payment having been taken. Customer service is non existent. No possibility of speaking to anyone. Emails not answered. The shoes were eventually delivered but had to be returned as they were too wide. The returns system did work well.

ordered last wednesday - after the cut off for next day delivery so should have been delivered Friday. from the tracking Evri didnt get it until Friday morning and it has been sitting in their system going nowhere ever since (it is now Monday afternoon). Their website has no chat facility, the helpline just plays a recorded message telling you to send an e-mail and their e-mail facility is set up so that it does not allow anything regarding missing deliveries and then makes you jump through hoops to send them a message. their delivery charge is unusually high and the service very poor. I would suggest they be avoided.

I didn’t order. Sent a request about sizing on 22nd June and received a response on the 21st August.

My wife has been looking for Vionic flip flops for some while after recommendations from both our daughters.
Being unsuccessful for a while I looked on the web so that I could ask for a local store. An online message told me they were busy and I was to emailI. I did so and waited 4, (5?) days for a response. When I did get one it consisted of a list of vendors, with their phone numbers. Of those names within 30 miles (3), one had relocated and had only a couple of pairs of old stock and no longer sold Vionic. A second didn’t sell them anymore, and the third had very few, not the ones my wife wanted, and they were (still) waiting for deliveries.
Can I suggest an updated list and a better contact process would be helpful?
All in all, a very disappointing result.

I had to reorder for a smaller size. Emailed asking how long the refund would take as I didn’t want to buy another pair before the money back in my account. The whole issue was resolved quickly and also refunded the return charge

Superb customer service

Vionic has great shoes. Customer service were prompt with response to my issue with a particular pair of sandals I got. I will keep purchasing from them. Great service and good quality shoes with arch support

I ordered a pair of shoes checked delivery timescales and if ordered before 5.30pm next day delivery 4 days later still no shoes contact vionic to cancel order. To be told that my order had been stuck in the system and thats why it didnt go out next day wouldnt order again

Very impressed with speed of delivery, often in two days from ordering. Returning a pair of shoe is incredibly easy on line. Refunds are actioned within a couple of days of receipt and appear in bank account within a week. It’s all so easy. Only one gripe, phone calls automatically disconnect in under 90 seconds, I never got to speak with anyone despite phoning over three days and while e-mails do get a response it takes two to three days. But overall a terrific company to buy from.

E . Recovery Vionic sandals . These are a ‘ life saver ‘ . I am quite old and found I could wobble on my feet now and again! The structure of these sandals stopped me wobbling instantly. I stride out in comfort totally confident .
Yes they take wearing in BUT , patiently persist - use a plaster if rubbed somewhere and the rub disappear s . All GPs should know about these shoes , They could save people giving in to mobility scooters. Thank you Vionic please continue the wonderful E recovery shoes .

I've been buying Vionic shoes for about 6 years now and usually really happy with the quality - only down to 4 stars as my most recent pair of shoes wore out after 6 months. HOWEVER, the customer service was brilliant (Kimberley in particular) and they issued a full refund.

Excellent customer service. I have bought shoes from Vionic before and always been very happy. I have a lot of painful foot conditions so now only buy podiatrist or physiotherapist recommended shoes. As I’ve never had any issues with previous shoes from here, when I saw a pair of slippers I liked, I decided to buy 2 pairs and save one for later. After wearing one pair for a while, I realised they were making my foot issues worse (the particular style was not right for my issues, although they had the great arch support that Vionic do so well), so I contacted customer service to see if I could return. As it was still within 30 days, Kimberley explained I could return both pairs no problem at all. She immediately sent a prepaid code so I could return. Couldn’t be happier with how easy and smooth it all went.

Makes me feel confident about purchasing from here in future.

I had an issue with my trainers and had an immediate response from customer services. After supplying a photo of the problem, I was immediately offered a replacement or refund. I chose the replacement as the trainers are so comfortable and they arrived the next day, incredible 5 star customer service, thank you so much.

The shoes themselves looks great and they are perfect for working on your feet all day. I do around 17k steps a day and my feet never ache or blister. The only issue I had is that the sole of my shoes separated from the main body of the shoe after only a month of usage. However, after contacting their excellent customer service team, they arranged a replacement for me super fast! Great shoes, I think I just got unlucky.
