All went quite smoothly
All went quite smoothly, visa was granted swiftly. Documentation to be uploaded posed a few problems as I needed both my laptop and phone. Would be simpler if screenshot were acceptable.

It took nearly 4 weeks to get the visa
It took nearly 4 weeks to get the visa. After waiting 16 days I applied myself and had one in 4 days.
Your customer service was terrible. When I inquired about the status I was told every time that it would be there soon. You have a phone number that doesn’t answer because of COVID???
It caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

Die Beantragung der Visa ist gut verständlich, unkompliziert und (ganz wichtig) in deutscher Sprache, was gerade für ältere Menschen wichtig ist. Man wird einfach und nachvollziehbar durch das Menü geführt und hat die Chance, sich jederzeit wieder einzuloggen, um Dokumente nachzureichen oder nach dem Sachstand zu sehen. Die Bearbeitungsdauer entsprach den Angaben.
