Bad expirence
No contact regarding the application. They don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone. No information for a week, and I fly out in 2 days. I feel cheated and I will lose my vacation!

thank you for your review and feedback, and I apologise for the delay. In case of some countries the visas get approved only certain number of days before the entry date which might cause delays in processing.

It was ok, but when I go to the USA their ESTA is more straight forward.
More user friendly.
