Well it took too long and communication


Well it took too long and communication was
ambiguous. I was told the documents were good
and they was advised they needed to be re-uploaded.
I was told that the vietnam visa was subject to
government time line. Should have provided more
clarity at the outset of submitting the visa application.

Trámite rápido pero deben completarlo enviando la visa a la dirección de correo electrónico del usuario

Si bien el trámite fue rápido, me parece algo honrosa la paga, porque no puedo creer que cueste más el trámite administrativo que la visa propiamente. Por otra parte, no me parece eficaz el servicio, pues "no me han enviado el producto, es decir mi visa, a la casilla de correo electrónico como especifica la página web de ustedes ". Yo tuve que descargar la visa desde la página web, pero mi pregunta es, ¿por que no me han enviado la visa a mi correo después de 12 días de aprobado el trámite?.
Esta es una razón muy importante por la que no les di más estrellas, es más, me estoy arrepintiendo por haber colocado una estrella de más

Lamento ver que no ha quedado satisfecho con nuestro servicio.

Desafortunadamente puede haber casos en los que el correo electrónico con su visado aprobado llegue a la carpeta de spam. Se lo pasaré a mis compañeros para ver cómo podemos mejorar la entrega del visado para que no tenga que entrar en el seguimiento del estado la próxima vez.

Siento las molestias, pero le deseo unas buenas vacaciones.

This was a misleading scam which took


This was a misleading scam which took €29 from my account for a Singapore visa.It was not a visa only an arrival health card which is not charged for by Singapore government.
They were incompetent also as I showed airline ticket info for arrival 31st December and they entered 25th December and did not explain that the arrival health card details can only be submitted three days before arrival. I read many one star reviews of this Spanish company after I was scammed as I did not notice that it was not the official Singapore government site.Their customer service agent tried to blame me for their mistake with dates! Liars and cheats.
