This was a misleading scam which took €29 from my account for a Singapore visa.It was not a visa only an arrival health card which is not charged for by Singapore government.
They were incompetent also as I showed airline ticket info for arrival 31st December and they entered 25th December and did not explain that the arrival health card details can only be submitted three days before arrival. I read many one star reviews of this Spanish company after I was scammed as I did not notice that it was not the official Singapore government site.Their customer service agent tried to blame me for their mistake with dates! Liars and cheats.

Even though I was asked to scan my passport, they put a wrong passport number on my visa application letter and I was denied boarding of my flight. Incurred unnecessary costs including £1400 purchase of a new last minute ticket. No one responded to me when I messaged them.

Esta pre-visa requiere una tarifa que se paga a través de nuestro servicio en línea. Sin embargo, el pago de la tarifa gubernamental al ingresar a Nepal es un proceso separado y obligatorio para todos los viajeros, que no está incluido en nuestra tarifa.

Incompetent and bad Services
Incompetent and bad Services. I don t get the right visa intime for my trip to Dubai and must cancel my travel due to the incompetency of this agency! I lost a lot of money because of this! Be careful and warning to all don t use this agency!
