Quick and friendly
We applied for two visas for our stay in laos in January.
As we will leave our home country allready after christmas, we asked for an early delivery. Two days after my email, we allready got our tourist visa.

There was no way to amendment
I couldn't amend and couldn't contact there was no contact information. I actually needed one year visa not one month visa now its not useful this visa. So that's the reason I'm giving one star. Poor service.

I am sorry for the complications. Unfortunately once we accept the application and start processing the visa, we cannot make any changes as it's already being processed by the government.
However I will pass it to my colleagues as feedback so we can improve our process.
didn't arrive on time
The delivery of the document was delayed and they didn't inform us. We had to pay for another document in other place

first of all apologies for any delays with your visas. Your application was approved and send within one day, but there was a delay on side of the shipping company. I am very sorry for complications, I will pass it to my colleagues to see how we can improve our service.

I have checked with your email and one of the orders was cancelled and full amount was refunded. You should expect the amount to be back on your card within few days maximum. I do apologise for the complications.
