As a first time car buyer, I was nervous but the team at Vision Motors made me feel comfortable and confident. They explained everything cleary and answered all my questions patiently. Very happy with the whole process.

I got a slightly used 2014 Ford Fiesta at a great price and i am so happy with my purchase. Out of all the car dealerships I have ever visited in England, Vision motors is the best experience Hand down!

I have been dealing with this company for more than a year. I have bought a car from them which is faulty and I have retuned to them within 30 days of purchase. They were unwilling to refund, and the car was turned out being stolen under their custody and they denied responsibility. I have put forward my case to the court by small claim and I have won the case.
Do not fool around with those scumbags, just return the car to their garage within 30 days of purchase and claim against them. Justice is on our side!

This is my second purchase from Vision motors and their prices are the best in England. It is very pleasant to have a very helpful sales rep like Jack who is honest, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Jack made sure the whole process was straightforward, and the car I purchased was in immaculate condition. The part is that they even followed up a week later after the purchase which was good.

If you are looking for an affordable used car in great condition, I would highly recommend this location. They provide excellent customer service and they offer a wide variety of cars. I recently purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Golf from Vision Motors. Roy was exceptional, he went above and beyond to make sure I was totally satisfied throughout the whole buying process.
I would definitely consider them for my next used vehicle.

So far, I am happy with the car, however if thinking of buying from them they add an admin fee for a cash sale, buying cars for over 40 years and never paid an admin fee for paying cash.
If they are going to charge an admin fee put it alongside the price. Don’t hide it in the vehicle description, and don’t write it in a confusing way!
“We Also Offer Some of the Most Competitive Finance Rates on The Market. Administration Fee Applies.”
Reading that it suggests the admin fee is for arranging the finance, when challenged about it was told it was to cover the cost of an HPI check, I have done an HPI check it cost me £9.99.
As I bought the car there was no problem with the £100 deposit, but I wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t purchased the car, even that is a bit dodgy, if you are advertising a car for sale, it should be ready for sale, maybe not ready to go but the basics done.
After this I was not so confident with anything I had been told. Vehicle was supposed to have had an oil and filter change. I checked the oil which was very dirty, and if they had changed the filter, they need to tell fords how they did it, as on this car the oil filter is very awkward to get to and bits have to be removed.
I changed the oil and filter myself later that day, I am a retired diesel fitter, if that oil and filter was new, then it done an awful lot of cleaning in 24 hours and 45 miles.
As stated, can not fault the car all seems fine and being a fitter any problems can be rectified by myself if we do have any.
Having since read some reviews it seems they need to revise their business practices, sadly I could not honestly recommend them to anyone.
