I had chosen and paid for a travel policy that on receiving copy had me realize I had booked the wrong one. Customer service answered immediately and refunded me the amount in full. Excellent people and great insurance company.

Quick, Easy, Clear T&C's, Reasonable Price
Ease of Use, Reasonable good explanation of T&C's in their brochure, ability to print a certificate of insurance, a ID card type print out with 'whom to call' contact numbers, and above all - a physical address in Northbrook, IL, giving assuracne this transcation is a genuine and true establishment.

I needed the insurance for the visa…
I needed the insurance for the visa appointment. Talked with a representative on the WhatsApp, he/she sent me a quote, edited a few details, and got all the insurance/certificate with in 15-20 mins. Pretty smooth.
