Orderd flyers over a month ago.

Parcel went missing.

They sent a new parcel.

Turned up today.

All the flyers are damaged.

I emailed vistaprint and they are not helpful.

Flyers will need to be binned.

What a waste of my time and money.

My orginal order was placed a month ago.

I am now going to order with printed.com because Vistaprint have my money and I have a late damaged order

The tracking clearly shows first parcel never arrived.

I have photos of damaged flyers in the second parcel.

I placed the order well over 4 weeks ago and it is a small order but I had hoped to make more orders of bookmarks etc but not now.

They have my money and I have no fit for purpose item and the customer care is not good.

What amazing customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong size invitations and asked if I could return them. They said they didn't offer a returns service but credited my account so I could re-order the correct size, and even covered the postage. So easy and simple to resolve, and generous of them to cover the cost of my mistake. The invitations we ordered were also fabulous quality and came really quickly, great company and will definitely use them again!

I telephoned to have my designs slightly changed & new ones to be edited. I was supported by Nassim.M, who listened to everything I asked for to be amended. He effectively made the changes with little & no fuss & was 100% accurate. Its been great to have an individual who cares about there job & is happy to go above & beyond to assist the customers needs. Well done Nassim.M.

This is an appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Haythem Mabrouki. There have been some issues with the booking of design service but Haythem understood the challenge and proactively went out of the way to reassure. This in return has changed my perspective which could have been a potential disgruntled customer to a pleased customer. I appreciate his sensitivity, understanding, professionalism and recognition that client service wins for any business.

They arrived quite quickly and decent quality of photos!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly exceptional—Hiba, in particular, assisted me with incredible kindness and patience while resolving a sizing issue with a T-shirt, and even went above and beyond to improve my original design.
There is a real attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction, with a touch of empathy that truly makes a difference.
I’m certain I’ll be using Vistaprint again in the future, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I have become quite elderly and wanted to save some of the best photos of my family that I have stored on my computer so that when I am gone the photos are still available in a readily accessible form for my children and grandchildren, if they wish to see pictures of themselves when they were young and of the old people. I am editing my digital photos and producing annual books. So far I have produced 12 photo books with VistaPrint and have always been very pleased with the results, but I noticed a small blemish on 5 photos in the last photo-book. I contacted Marwa, VistaPrint's account manager, and without a lot of fuss she kindly offered to provide a replacement , which has arrived remarkably quickly. She has kept in touch and has 'held my hand' throughout for which I am really grateful. Superb service, well beyond what I might have expected. Absolutely great.

Ordered some bookmarks for a memorial and paid £10.95 for guaranteed delivery by Wednesday. It is not Friday and they are still not here and not even at my local delivery office so unlikely will get them today so won’t be able to be used. They have refunded the delivery but it is not the point. This was for a memorial that will never happen again and at such late notice we won’t be able to get them from anywhere else!

Vistaprint service is extremely good. I "played" with a template for some stickers about 8 months ago ... I didn't "save" it as it was only an idea at the time, but when I came to recreate the idea, I couldn't find the sticker template from which I'd started (which already had a cute picture on it).
On a Sunday, I used the online chat and explained what I was looking for ... and the Customer Service person found my started idea from last year (based only on my email address) and gave me a direct link to it – perfect! I carried on to edit it and complete my order.
(Incidentally, I wasn't sure whether I could upload my own artwork as the template already had its own, but yes, that was possible and I added two other jpegs to create the final design.)
I had one other query. If you order sticker sheets, the number that you need to put in at the order stage is the total number of stickers that you need and they'll work out how many sheets it is. In case I ordered too many, I used the online chat again (a different person, but equally helpful).
This was already brilliant customer service ... and then, because the stickers weren't urgent, I paid the lowest shipping, happy to wait until Monday 30th March ... and they arrived on 18 March. Superb service!

Always helpful. Always arrives earlier than expected. No complaints!

I recently had an issue with an order, and while mistakes can happen in any business, it’s how they are handled that defines a company. I was lucky enough to deal with Nizar, who provided what I can only describe as 'Specialist' level service.

Nizar didn't just offer a quick fix; he took total ownership of the situation. He recognised the issue immediately and arranged for a full reprint of the entire order as a gesture of goodwill. It’s rare to find someone so committed to getting it right the first time (or in this case, the second time!) without any hassle.

If you’re lucky enough to have Nizar handling your case, you’re in safe hands. Vistaprint has definitely won a long-term customer thanks to his professionalism and the company’s willingness to stand behind their work. 10/10 service.

I just wanted to leave a review to say how amazing the service was from VistaPrint. I had ordered some personalised photo cushions and the expected delivery date showed as Monday, but I had mistakenly thought they were arriving Friday. When I realised they wouldn’t be here in time for Mother’s Day, I was really upset as one of the dogs on the cushions had sadly passed away earlier that week, so the gift meant a lot to us and was very sentimental.

I contacted customer service and they were incredibly helpful. They really pulled it out of the bag and managed to get my order delivered just in time — it actually arrived about an hour before my mum came over for Mother’s Day, which made it even more special.

The printing quality is perfect, really high quality, and the cushions came out absolutely amazing. My mum was over the moon and it honestly made her week, and made a difficult time feel a little more bearable.

Thank you VistaPrint for going the extra mile — fantastic service and beautiful products. I will definitely be ordering again.

I bought 2 designs of wedding invitations and believed I added envelopes to both. Turns out envelopes were only added to one.

Went to buy more envelopes.

You can't buy extra envelopes for wedding invitations later.

Was told to buy extra invitations to get more envelopes, or buy more expensive envelopes that don't exactly fit.

Ridiculous.
