Man, this provider is scam.

Don’t even consider VIVACOM in BG.
As a person who knows people who work there I can surely say their whole business model is build on them lying to their costumers.
There are a lot of small Internet providers in almost every neighborhood. Would recommend choosing them over those scammers from vivacom

I have been with Viacom for 3yrs. For the last 2months the service has been appalling. When I speak to the Engineers they end up telling me everything is fine. But it is not. My contract states an Download speed of 150Mbps, my internet hovers between .9 - 1.6Mbps.
We can only connect 1 device at a time. The TV constantly buffers on Netflix and TV Mucho.
AVOID VIVACOM.
They take your money and give you a promise that they cannot keep.
My mobile phone cannot get a line out when standing next to the router.
I'm paying 70bgn per month for no service.
I will be moving to a different provider as VIVACOM have become garbage.

My Vivacom Internet never worked. I paid 87 leva per month for about 2 years and decided to finish with them. On 30 December 2022 I went to the shop with my Bulgarian neighbour and after making the final payment I was given a stamped form and told that the business relationship was over. However, for the next 4 months different amounts of money were taken from my account (135,71,200,65) and when I noticed this I stopped the direct debit. Today I got a call with a man shouting "Pay your bill or we'll sue you*. I called Vivacom and was told that I had 3 sim cards and 2 ofvthose contracts hadn't been cancelled. I only had one phone and it has been broken for almost a year? The Vivacom man assured me that they don't make mistakes. I asked him to look at my zero usage but he said that was irrelevant. He couldn't explain why the cost of these sim card contracts varied significantly from month to month when there was no usage. They'll rob you and give you any rubbish excuse they can think of!

Avoid at all cost! For the last 48 hours at least I have been experiencing Lag and disconnecting issues every 5-10 minutes. When I contacted their support they told me that it should be most likely fixed on the next day. Treating their clients like it's nothing. I am working from home and it is just impossible to do anything because of this inconvenience. Terrible service. I have been using them for years I have had many issues during some of them but It's just unacceptable to pay for a service that you can't even use.

Worst. They sold me used numbers twice. That's a nightmare

I am writing this after 12 years and over 50 calls, and after over 20 times "fixing" their "great" net and ping that usually is betweeb 300 and 2-3K ms... And after having all my google reviews REMOVED again.

I have never experienced such a paradox with a net provider.. and NOTHING helps.. they always say they will check or they will come to fix, but it is always the same... always at least 10 times worse speeds, UNREAL ping, UNREAL! - almost always.

I do not use net frequently, but I cant play the only game that deserves attention, when I want to play it.. it is SC2 via Battle.net. I stopped playing the game completelt in 2013th, because of.. Vivacom and the constant drops.. nearly half of my defeats were because of drops, thanks to the ping, proudly provided by Vivacom.. was stuck in Platinum divison, becausw of that... tried playing again in 2016th,they said thay have fixed evwrything and that now their net is the best ever... well, was the same... Tried in 2019 - same. In 2021st - same... It is 2023rd now ajd it is still the same... So many calls, so many technical visits, router swaps blablabla and more blablabla, but always the same.. ALWAYS...
When not trying to play SC2, half of the time I wasnt able to check a mail, or upload or download even a 100-200mb .zip file.. for hours... even when connected via net cable.. Have over 500 screenshots, most from ookla.. nothing... half of the time upload speed is 3-4mb with ping around 100 and peaks up to 10000ms and OVER... same with download speed.. And idk how and why, but all my google reviews are blocked.. i guess they also pay google to lie their customers bettwr..

usually, when their net is somehow good, it is always after 20-21 in the evenings, but not during the weekends

this company is selling unlimited internet without telling that the speed is limited !
when you complain about this , they just tell you i am sorry but you signed the contract for 2 years.
do not let yourself being fooled.!!!

THE WORST COMPANY!!! 1 star is too much! Не си го причинявайте НЕ ПРЕПОРЪЧВАМ!!! In the past month the internet has stopped 7 different times for more than 3 days, so basically we haven't had internet for a whole month. I work from home and have to call in sick, because there is no internet!!! They will make up a thousand reasons we can't get out of the contract, yet we are still paying for a service we are not receiving. Every time we call them to ask when the internet is going to be fixed they keep saying it will be fixed that same day, yet here I am on the 4th day for the 7th time this month without internet and TV!!! We emailed, called, went to the office countless times to be compensated in some way, yet if we discontinue the contract we will have to pay an enormous fee! They cannot fix the problem for more than a month now, but we are required to pay for a service we are not getting without any form of compensation and ability to get out of the contract. I will never recommend this terrible "company" ever! 0/10

The worst provider I've ever had: you can't reach to any English-speaking operator, even on-site you must be lucky to get someone speaking English, you will wait for 15 minutes while calling customer service, all tariffs have hidden costs, the mobile app is so buggy and useless, that you won't use it at all.

There are no superlatives strong enough to describe how horrible this company is! In the 21st century in an European Union country, there is still a company (I'm sure it's not the only one) that teaches their staff to lie to customers and makes purposefully difficult to untangle yourself from their web. One of the worst internet provider ever.
They should provide me the home internet connection. Technical specialist late for the meeting a few times. After two hours of useless work, the internet connection worked something about 30 minutes and then again faild.

Are you looking for the definition of cancer? Make a contract with vivacom and find out. Disgusting Internet, always lagging, constant packet loss, calling them for over 7 months now to try and fix the issue and now they don't even reply. The last time their technician was at my place his response was "well since there is no problem now is fixed" even though the problem was in front of his face, probably just bored to work or figure it out. Mobile services also suck, since at any given moment they can stop working and then they will ask you for extra "deposit" money so you can have your roaming services working again. Just avoid this company at all costs

Utterly ridiculous roaming conditions, either within or outside the EU. Very often, the service completely shuts down and leaves no contact via phone call or internet. Once WiFi is found, the options to restart the service are again ridiculous and not instant.
I even tried going to the store to find options to resolve this issue. I was told that to leave a deposit of 250lv would prevent my service shutting down, it doesn’t, it still leaves me stranded.
Until my contract expires, I’ve found that buying an e sim from the internet is by far a more efficient and less expensive means to ensure that I have continued roaming.
If your life involves travelling, choose another provider.

since the begining of the contract me and my family have been experiencing problems with the home internet its constantly stopping and straight not working for whole days sometimes we have called them many times they have came to our house many time to "fix" the problem and they do for the next week and we are just sick and tired of calling and constatly making apointments. i am not a stunted anymore i have a job so does my family and now theres is noone constantly at the adress.

bought from them Galaxy 23 ultra in the pre order phase , took them 2 weeks to send the phone and a used one arrived (with vivacom stickers on the package). after some calls with them they told me to send the phone back to them and they will replace the phone with new un open one.
so i did ... one month later .. no phone yet, they canceled the program refund me and im still waiting. i told them before sending the phone , letter with the phone , and after they got the phone (the used) that i do not want refund i want new phone !!! .
they couldn't care less.
still waiting ...

Absolute scum. Will charge several 100% more than normal price for roaming - even within EU. Their bills have no details.

Honestly i might have a reason to cone back here everyday with vivacom like its not enough that their internet is trash and the router provided by them is pice of trash as well can’t even load simple video from the other room why do we have 5G when is basically trash,
