The TV is a joke it keeps popping up codes and can't get any help to fix the problem will never buy another Vizio TV in my life and suggest no one else does either til they fix their shit

I was unable to complete my setup on my new TV and spoke to VJ. He was so patient and helpful. He stayed on the phone until all issues were resolved. Also. This is the first Vizio TV I've owned and the picture is amazing.

It's a shame that "negative stars" can't be "awarded" to companies whose Customer Service rivals India's!

Sub par customer service, and those on the customer service lines HATE their jobs reading off a "cue card".

I got a call on Friday at 8:10 in the morning from someone named Lacey from Vizio. Wow, she REALLY hates her job!

Vizio is a rip off my daughter bought a TV online for my granddaughter when it arrived, she opened the box to set it up and the screen was broke and now Vizio refuses to replace it they’re saying not under warranty when she did purchase the warranty customer service is saying they’ll give a rebate when if she buys another TV I told her no do not do that. They are responsible for selling a TV with a broken screen and now they’re trying to get out of replacing it and customer service is extremely rude. just thinking about buying a TV from Vizio don’t do it.they do not honor their warranty I filed several complaints on them and they will not respond to any of them because they know they are wrong

Take a look anywhere before you buy ..... constant dropping of internet, says wifi password wrong when it's not. Buy if you like resetting constantly when everything else works fine. Never had any issues with Sony.

So about a month ago I bought a vizio 65 in from Walmart about three days later I noticed the tv wouldn't power up it kept saying restar your tv or something like that. So I rushed out to the trash and gathered all the packaging so I could return it. I did exactly that I returned it for another one(same model) well I've had this one for about a month and now it's doing the exact same thing, but this time the garbage mam got to the box before I could retrieve it. So now I'm stuck with a tv I just bought that won't turn on. This is absolutely ridiculous because now I'm stuck with a tv that doesn't work and I can't take it back because I don't have the box, seriously who's going to keep ahold of a 65 in tv box laying around. If vizio made a reliable product I wouldn't be in this situation. I will forever bad mouth vizio for this one. I'm actually going to go to Walmart and put post it notes on all of their tv's letting other buyers awear of what they have to look forward to if they buy these products.

Don’t buy Vizio. It will last just long enough for the warranty to expire.

I hesitate to even give this TV one star. I bought the 65 inch vizio TV, and have no kids, so the TV is not used other than when I use it. I watch TV about 2 1/2 to 3 hours a day and the screen gave out on me today. Out of absolutely nowhere a white line appeared at the bottom of the screen while the entire screen fades every four seconds before the 2 year mark even came around. I purchased this TV brand new, And was essentially told by vizio support “Too bad, bad luck,” When I called to check If the company gives warranties for defective TVs. Additionally, you seemingly cannot watch TV on a Vizio unless you have Internet. There are also many TV applications Vizio does not have that every other brand generally does. If you want a television that is all but guaranteed to go out within two years or less, buy this one. I am switching back to Roku.

Purchased VIZIO 65" Class 4k July 1 2024. First issue, how could they ship a Smart TV without an ethernet port. There is no way to hard wire an ethernet cable to the tv so you can get the best streaming. The agent on the phone told me to look for it next to the USB port. It isn't there.
Its Sept 25 and the tv will not complete startup. It just spins on blank screen. Agent and I troubleshoot for about 30 minutes then the agent does a factory restart from her end. I am not happy because I have re-enter my apps and passwords.
Now after sitting for awhile the tv will not finish startup unless I select Restart TV from the settings menu.
9/30/24 Update - TV not loading. Contacted support. Apparently they did a firmware update. Working now but for how long.

My Vizio Smart TV was given as a birthday gift in 2022 of September by my ex husband after our son passed in July of '22.
The TV went out a week after my birthday, (09/06/2024. I enjoyed it for 2 years. I explained the circumstances to Customer service. All of the representatives that I spoke with were professional, good listeners, and compassionate. The TV has been my only entertainment and one of my ways of navigating the grief of the unexpected death of my son. I'm a homebody with limited mobility. Thank you Linda and ever customer care representative that I spoke with. God bless each and everyone of you.

The smart tvs got a new update they do ad tracking which I don't Iike and the TV when idle when randomly start to play ads I hate this took my tv off wifi and will never own a smart again just felt you should be aware of this.

This TV is constantly an issue. Right now I have the speakers turned off with an external sound bar hooked up to arc. The sound bar is also turned off. Despite all of this, there is audible audio coming out of the TV. When the soundbar is on the TV adjusts the volume on it's own every so often, causing the little audio level graphic to pop up on screen. I have no idea what this TV is doing or why, but it's barely controllable. I will never willingly buy another Vizio product as a result of this over priced TV being nothing but issues.

Don't expect to be happy. Don't expect to find common apps every other tv you've ever owned have. Just don't buy it.

I'm excited to leave a real review as opposed to all the fake five-star reviews on their website. I've had several Vizio televisions in the last decade. Most recently I purchased a 65in HDR model. After about a year of use the entire center pixel line going across the screen went out. I had purchased this from a store that went out of business and Vizio refused to honor the factory warranty. So basically my TV broke within the time that I should have been covered by the factory warranty and they refused to honor their warranty. Also a TV shouldn't be breaking within a year. It's mounted to a wall no one touches it we use the remote. I won't be buying Vizio ever again. And I think my next television purchase is going to happen at Costco where you can return a TV you've used for 10 years and get a store credit.

This is the worst TV I have ever purchased. The TV I had in this location in my house before was a Roku. We use the Internet most of the time for streaming. The Roku TV was seamless. The receiver for the Internet was excellent.

We purchased a Vizio TV from Sam’s Club thinking I was getting a great buy. Most of the time when we turn on this TV the little clock just spins and spins. We upgraded the Internet receiver and added a Booster, hoping that would make it better. It did improve somewhat. But most of the time when you turn on the TV it sits and spins for a while. Totally unacceptable for us. I can’t wait to replace this TV and I will never buy another Vizio.

These are the LAZIEST customer service reps on the planet! I called to connect my new Vizio remote to my TV and after less than 2 minutes, this woman tells me to return the remote control to where I bought it! She just didn't want to help me program it! And while I'm on a rant I have never had a Vizio TV last longer than 2 years! The TV's are total garbage!

The customer service is trash. I’ve been fighting them with an issue I’ve been having and their solution is factory reset it. I’ve told them several times I’ve done this and it worked for a day and then quit working again. They have done nothing to fix it and all I get is excuses. Then some lady called said nothing but excuses and then said it could be couple months if not longer before new update to fix it. I saw red and said I’m done tv is going into the trash. This is unacceptable.

If you feel like hanging your self every night than buy a Visio! This is probably the biggest piece of trash I’ve ever had in my life. Have been through 7 remotes because they work for abt the first 2 days then act up. I would seriously rather drag my ass across broken glass than buy another Visio.
