Everything was hassel free, very good rates. We used the Luton van to move our furniture, it was quite easy and very helpful. Less paperwork. A special thank you to Mark, speaks very well with clients. Definitely using them again. VMS the right place to go when you need a Van.

Reported one of their employees for using a mobile phone, whilst driving. Weren't in the least bit interested. This, despite them boasting about all the safety cameras that are fitted to their vehicles, one of which, supposedly monitors the driver. Yet another company with a 'fingers crossed' policy, it would appear, when it comes to public safety. [The requested information, has just been sent.]

UPDATE: The company has now promised to fully investigate the matter.

Fantastic company we used them to hire 2 x refrigerator vans.

Easy process and the vehicles were both to a very high standard.

We will definitely use them again.

I rang up Monday about a car hire as mine has broken down, the gentlemen on the phone said that unfortunately the website has calculated it wrong to which I replied they should honour the price which he agreed to....he went on to tell me that someone will contact me later due to staff sickness. I had explained the importance of me needed a car and he said 1 could be ready by Tuesday morning.. I've heard nothing since and even sent an email with no reply. Shocking service.

Tip top vehicles and the best deal ... what's not to love. The guys and girls at Tiverton VMS really went the extra mile (Trevor! ) ... very helpful friendly service. I took a Ford Transit van up to County Durham and back .... clean, nicely performing vehicle ... I'll be back ... many thanks lovely peeps.

Absolutely appalling service by VMS! Staff are not responsive and I am constantly having to follow up with people that are unhelpful. They have damaged my car twice and cannot get a simple repair right, work is carried out negligently by unskilled & inexperienced people who are unscrupulous in their dealings. Constantly lying and contradicting what they say too. Avoid at all costs!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Having been hit by an Iceland vehicle, I have had to deal with VMS handling this claim and the repair of my car. It has been 10 weeks today since they have had my car. I have heard from a third party my car was ready and completed 3 and a half weeks ago and I have been lied to by VMS for this time saying a part was still to be delivered. They have now admitted they cannot commit to a return date. I have heard there are payment issues and I have submitted a formal complaint and I am seeking legal advice as well. Avoid at ALL costs if possible unless you would like to get into a legal battle and have your car held hostage!!!!!

Don't bother !. Wrong break pads ... again. Mechanic did a great job but was sent with wrong pads , this happens alot .

Great company, price is good and no deposit makes hiring a van straight forward

Hired three vans, price quoted was changed last minute by 20 percent, still a reasonable cost but not as per original quote, now a year in and the fully maintained contract isn’t being supported with a bill for brakes and discs on one van being charged to us at over £1200, no quote, no approval and just a passing comment that if we don’t pay they will raise legal action. No one ever gets back to you when you call and when they do they are pretty rude and unhelpful. Won’t use again and wouldn’t recomend.

We hired the Luton van with the tail lift for 24 hours .Lovely van, good size, drove well . Great company to deal with . Highly recommend .

Very pleasant gentleman was able to find me a van at short notice. Quick service when I went to the office. Reasonable hire charge for the day and it was great to know I could drop off the van after hours if traffic was bad, which it was for me on Friday on the M5 to Cardiff, both ways in fact. I was delayed both ways by 1.5 hours due to the traffic, but I wasn’t stressed due to their flexibility and understanding. I know some companies may penalise customers. Would book again.
