I would highly recommend VMS, as they provided me with exceptional service yet again. Nothing was too much bother.

Really simple process. Made enquiries via email and the response was quick. Attended the branch the next day and vehicle hire was done within 10minutes, hassle free and we were on our way . All details were emailed. Highly recommend this company

Excellent Service. Sharon was extremely helpful and efficient, as was Simon when we collected the vehicle. Would definitely recommend and use again. Very competitive with price as well.

I got vehicle from this company through insurance, as replacement for 10 days. First impression was good. But when collected, they "found" a scrathes on wheels and a large bonnet dent. I made pictures of all 4 wheels before, and bonnet as well. This car never been parked near curb during this time. Wheels can't be scratched at all. But VMS Vehicle Hire found it. Bonnet dents very hard visible on pictures which I made, as car was in red. But I have changed pictures in black/white and make them darker. Then I found, that dent was on the bonnet when car was delivered. But VMS Vehicle Hire found it only when collected. Don't use this company, they cheating and making money on it. Good luck!

Absolutely flawless experience from start to finish - friendly and knowledgeable staff and brand new vehicles - will definitely use them again .

I had 5 bookings with them within the space of 2 weeks and they cancelled 4 of them. This happened the day before 2 of the vehicles were due to be delivered. They only reinstated one vehicle out of 5 for the week after and I wasted about 2 days finding new vehicles and obviously lost business because of their bad management of their fleet.

Very unlikely to use again as they were not apologetic and did not help with finding any replacement vehicles.

Before you try other firms definitely call VMS excellent customer service, we used Tamworth depo, Sharon is a very excellent asset for the business.

Our experience with vms Is one of the most best ever in hiring a vehicle, we needed a 6 seater car a couple of yrs bk, we tried most hire companies, but failing this with a hefty deposit with a credit card, which we didn't have never would, we thought our chances of having a hire vehicle for our holiday would be nil, but after go ogling vehicle hire with little deposit, VMS came up straight away, no deposit at all friendly staff from beginning of hire to the return, absolutely recommend vms to anyone looking for excellent value for money and excellent customer service

Stevenage branch , hired a small for for £300 a week which went down to £160 after 6weeks, very hard to deal with took money on different dates than agreed had numerous problems with them.14 month later they’ve sent me a bill for £1069 saying I hadn’t paid then 8months after that saying I owed them £410 .a absolute joke of a company how hard can it be to hire a vehicle?

Always seem to get me a vehicle out at short notice, car was well specced (executive 4x4) and clean upon delivery, branch were very flexible with extensions.
My only slightly wish would be the vehicle arrived on a full - full basis with fuel, would be so much easier to just replace used fuel.
I have used different companies for cooperate accounts and I think VMS actually try and go above and beyond to assist.
I recommend contacted Beth at Warrington VMS as she cannot do enough to help! :)

Never ,never use this company total lack of customer service from start to finish .first time of hiring it was a day late as they said contacted mebfor payment they had not they had wrong number which i questioned them on a week earlier when they said theyd contacted they didnt i contacted them
2nd time car arrived 3 hrs late csusing me to loose money for lessons booked said they would give next rental for free they still charged for delivery and
Then on a friday at 17.09 rang me to say the car i was supposed to be having foc was written off i asked to speak to manager lloyd totally unhelpfulid i said was going to loose a days lessons to which his response was we've given you 48hrs notice
Which really its not even working days
They still have my money a week later as only the manager can refund and he is on holiday do i believe them no .i believe nothing this company says

Good service at short notice with minimum of fuss.
3 comments... 1. Vehicle was dirty inside and out on delivery. 2. It was very low on fuel. First thing I had to do was fill it up and 3. Vehicle came off hire on Thursday but was sat on my drive awaiting collection until Monday.

It's now my third time using VMS, on all of these occasions -the process from start to finish has always been smooth , the staff 10/10, you get VfM

The vehicle I requested needed a tow bar. Only van hire company I could find that would facilitate my needs within the Midlands. I will be hiring from these guys again. Brilliant
