The setup process has been easy, and there is support available as needed. The experience has been smooth sailing, and the prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend VoIPline as a service!

Initial setup and first month of use
It seemed difficult to set up, especially given the fact that I was in Europe at the time. Had to run the setup process a second time.
Sometimes the quality of the call is not that great, sometimes the receiver has trouble with the quality also.

My main business phone line was…
My main business phone line was cancelled without any warning or attempt to contact us.
One of our business cards had been cancelled due to suspicious activity, meaning a $40 payment could not be processed. We were not notified that the payment had failed, that an amount was outstanding, or that our service was at risk of suspension.
Instead, our primary business phone number was cancelled immediately, no message it had failed. This disrupted our operations and took time to diagnose, as we had received no notification explaining what had occurred.
Had we been contacted, we would have paid the $40 outstanding immediately. Cancelling a core business service without notice over such a small amount is unreasonable, disrespectful, and demonstrates a lack of care for clients who rely on their phone service to operate their business.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear your experience with our service fell short of what we aim to deliver, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and the impact this had on your business.
We understand how frustrating and stressful it can be to deal with suspicious activity on your bank cards.
We do our best to minimise service interruptions wherever possible. Unfortunately, we don't receive any advance notice from banks that a stored payment method will be declined, so we only become aware once the payment attempt has been processed. As soon as our system received the declined payment response from your bank, an email notification was sent to your registered email address at 8:56 am. This was around the same time you started a live chat with our sales team.
That said, we appreciate your feedback and will use it as a business case to explore any additional improvements that may be possible to help prevent these situations where possible, provide earlier notifications, and assess whether they are viable for future implementation.
To help provide the most seamless payment experience possible and get ahead of any potential payment issues in the future, we recommend considering one of the following options on your account:
• Switch to Post-paid billing and use Automatic Payments. This provides 14-day payment terms, effectively giving you a buffer to help prevent service interruptions. You can request this by emailing our accounts team at accounts@voipline.net.au. We will then issue an invoice for a security deposit equal to one month's service usage. The security deposit is held on your account to facilitate the credit terms. If you later decide to switch back to Prepaid Billing or cancel your account, the deposit can either be used to pay for services or refunded, provided there is no outstanding balance. With this option, you will receive an invoice on the 1st of each month, with payment due by the 14th. If you have automatic payments enabled, our system will attempt payment on the invoice due date.
• Keep Pre-Paid billing and increase your Automatic Payment Threshold and Top-up Amount. Setting these amounts so they comfortably cover your maximum expected daily spend—including subscription charges and any call usage—helps ensure your account remains funded ahead of time and reduces the likelihood of service interruptions.

Very Good
I have used many VoIP providers in the past. I find Voipline by far the best. Chat support is almost always available. The staff set up the pbx settings but Its worth learning it (at least learn how to divert calls to a mobile in the event of an internet outage) I have been using Voipline for almost a year now and I haven't experienced any downtime either.

Look for other solutions
Well this is certainly a great system to fail constantly.
When it dosnt work dont look for a outcome from tech support,the so called techs will tell you its probably better if you look for another product. The team here certainly dont care about service and the issues that constantly happen. I spend in excess of $500 per mth and there is no support. The so called 100% up time is definately not the case. The owners of this product certainly must be making to much money to care to raise the issues.
Look elsewhere dont go down this path
