I had a small issue with some parts I had ordered from Jeep Exeter ( although the issue was with Jeep in general not Vospers ) I was quickly contacted by Mike Abbotsbury from Vospers who agreed with my point of view . He went completely above and beyond what anyone could have expected . He contacted Jeeps directly to raise the issue who didn’t seem to concerned so he took it upon himself to resolve the issue himself .To be honest I am still surprised at the extent he went to to resolve it . He was in constant contact keeping me up to date on how things were going and seemed genuinely intent on making sure the issue was sorted a that I was 100% happy with the outcome . Hats off to you Mike you are a true asset to the company . Massive thanks for all you done .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review – Audi A3 2021 (Purchased June 2025)

I recently purchased a used 2021 Audi A3 S Line (petrol) from Vospers Exeter, and while the process had a few bumps along the way, I’m now very happy with the car and the outcome.

Big thanks to Chris Hughes in Sales, who was professional, helpful, and responsive throughout. He made sure that any concerns I had were addressed, and he deserves credit for sorting things out when issues arose.

That said, I was initially disappointed with the overall experience from Vospers as a dealership. The car had not been properly checked over before delivery, which led to it being returned for necessary work shortly after purchase. This shouldn’t have happened, and it definitely impacted my first impression.

However, once the car was returned and the required work was completed, I’ve been very pleased with the vehicle. The Audi A3 drives beautifully, has the premium S Line features I was looking for, and now runs exactly as it should.

I’m satisfied with the car and appreciate the efforts to make things right. Would recommend – just make sure everything is checked thoroughly before driving off the forecourt.

Have had previously poor experiences with some Jeep dealers. However Vospers have been a delight to deal with, phone calls always returned, questions answered and concerns addressed. Zoe, Chris and Jenny are extremely helpful and it was a pleasure to have purchased our new vehicle from them. All in all one of the nicest dealer groups we have dealt with. Chris Hughes is the best!

I was incredibly stressed & anxious, having just had our family vehicle stolen and on endless calls with police, insurers, etc.

Having rung several (10+!) dealerships to find a replacement vehicle asap, Chris was by far the most patient, helpful, knowledgeable and proactive person I dealt with.

He went above and beyond to find me the right car within a tight timeframe.

And he's a really nice person on top of everything.

The world could do with more people like Chris. :)

Chris Hughes. First of all I would like to say Chris is a great guy, I had an appointment with him to view a jeep Avenger he showed and told me everything about the jeep that I needed to know, I was very happy with my appointment with Chris and now I have a great jeep thank you Chris.

We were looking to buy a second hand Jeep and were given excellent assistance from Chris Hughes who helped us find exactly what we wanted. He gave us a good, honest opinion about our choices and has organised everything very well. A seamless experience, really pleased.
